Mobile Toilet Composition Diagram

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Its main structure can be divided into three parts: the floor, walls, and sewage disposal system.

Floor Section: The floor is the part of the mobile toilet that comes into direct contact with users. It is typically laid with non-slip aluminum plates or floor tiles. Non-slip aluminum plates have the advantages of being lightweight, strong, and having good non-slip properties, making them suitable for use in various environments. Floor tiles, on the other hand, can be selected in different colors and textures according to different design requirements, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the toilet. The floor design must not only consider non-slip properties but also ensure smooth drainage to prevent water accumulation and affect the user experience.

Wall Section: The walls serve as the supporting structure of the mobile toilet, generally based on a steel frame to ensure overall strength and stability. Various wall materials can be chosen, such as metal panels, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and color-coated steel sheets, which are corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and have a long lifespan. The wall surfaces can be customized in terms of color and shape design, and high-end interior and exterior decoration can enhance the visual experience, allowing the mobile toilet to better blend into the surrounding environment. Additionally, the walls should have good sound insulation and thermal insulation properties, providing users with a relatively quiet and comfortable space.

Sewage Disposal System Section: The sewage disposal system is the technological core of the mobile toilet, offering three options: water-flushing, packaging, and microbial degradation. The water-flushing sewage disposal system is similar to traditional toilets, using water from a tank to flush feces and discharge fecal sewage into a storage tank or treatment device. The packaging sewage disposal system packages feces in biodegradable plastic bags for regular cleaning and replacement. The microbial degradation sewage disposal system utilizes microorganisms to decompose feces, achieving harmlessness and resource utilization. Different sewage disposal systems are suitable for different scenarios and needs, and users can choose according to the actual situation.

In addition, the mobile toilet is equipped with sanitary ware, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices, which work together to provide users with a convenient and hygienic toilet environment.
