Mobile Toilet Components Diagram
Admin 09 de octubre de 2026
Mobile toilets are generally composed of basic structures, sanitary facilities, auxiliary equipment, and intelligent systems (some equipped). The specific components are as follows:

1. Basic Structure
- Frame and Support
The frame of a mobile toilet is mostly welded from steel, with channel steel or I-beams used at the bottom to enhance stability, and square steel for the columns. This structure ensures overall strength while facilitating transportation and installation. - Walls and Roof
The wall materials are diverse, including color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, stainless steel, and metal carved panels, which are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The roof typically uses waterproof materials such as color-coated steel sheets or composite panels, with some designs incorporating insulation layers to improve comfort. - Flooring and Ground Surface
The flooring needs to be slip-resistant and waterproof, commonly made of anti-slip tiles or specialized plastic flooring. Drainage channels or sewage collection devices may be installed beneath the floor for easy cleaning.
2. Sanitary Facilities
- Sanitary Fixtures
These include squat toilets or sit toilets, with some high-end models equipped with water-saving flushing devices. The toilet materials are mostly ceramic or stainless steel, with smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. - Washing Equipment
Sinks, faucets, and hand dryers are standard, with some mobile toilets also providing hand sanitizer dispensers. Faucets often use sensor-based designs to reduce contact contamination. - Fecal and Sewage Disposal Devices
Traditional mobile toilets rely on storage tanks to collect sewage, requiring regular cleaning; environmentally friendly models are equipped with biochemical treatment devices that decompose feces through microorganisms for harmless treatment.
3. Auxiliary Equipment
- Water Tanks and Water Supply Systems
Freshwater tanks are used to store flushing water, with some models equipped with pressure pumps to ensure effective flushing. Sewage tanks collect used wastewater, with capacities adjusted according to design requirements. - Ventilation Systems
Exhaust fans or natural ventilation openings are used to maintain internal air circulation and reduce odors. Some high-end models use fresh air systems to further improve air quality. - Mobility Devices
Wheels or towing devices are installed at the bottom for easy overall transportation. Some large mobile toilets require forklifts or cranes for movement.
4. Intelligent Systems (some equipped)
- Data Collection and Monitoring
The underlying PLC system can monitor toilet occupancy, water tank levels, and sewage capacity in real-time, displaying toilet status on a 40-inch LED screen. - Remote Management Module
The 4G remote monitoring module allows managers to view toilet operation data remotely via mobile phones or computers, facilitating timely scheduling for cleaning or maintenance.
The design of mobile toilets needs to balance functionality, environmental protection, and convenience, with components adjustable according to usage scenarios (such as scenic spots, construction sites, or temporary events).
