Mobile Toilet Component Diagram

Admin 03 de octubre de 2026

A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile device, among other components. Here is a detailed introduction to each component:

Fecal Sewage Storage Tank (or Fecal Sewage Treatment Device): This is one of the core components of a mobile toilet. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to temporarily store feces and sewage, preventing direct discharge from causing environmental pollution. The fecal sewage treatment device is more advanced, capable of performing preliminary treatment on fecal sewage, such as sedimentation and decomposition, reducing odors and harmful substances, and facilitating subsequent centralized treatment or discharge.

Flooring: The floor inside the toilet is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The step surface is equipped with an array of circular anti-slip protrusions, effectively increasing friction to prevent users from slipping and ensuring safety. A dedicated silicone waterproof strip is installed at the junction between the floor and the wall to prevent sewage leakage and maintain dryness and hygiene inside the toilet.

Sanitary Ware: Including toilets or squat pans, etc., these are key devices for meeting people's excretion needs. Their design should conform to ergonomic principles, ensuring comfort and good sealing to prevent odor emission.

Walls: The wall panels are made of various materials depending on the model. Polyurethane sandwich color-steel composite panels offer good thermal insulation and heat insulation properties; the exterior walls use metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, fluorocarbon-coated steel plates, etc., which are not only aesthetically pleasing and durable but also adaptable to different environmental conditions; the interior walls are made of high-quality color-steel plates with a thickness of over 1mm, which are sturdy and easy to clean.

Washing Equipment: Such as washbasins, etc., facilitate users in cleaning their hands and maintaining personal hygiene.

Water Tank: Provides flushing water for the sanitary ware to ensure the normal use of the toilet. The capacity of the water tank should be reasonably designed based on the frequency of use and the number of users of the mobile toilet.

Roof: Made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic with an overall shape, it features thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation layers, effectively blocking external heat and noise to provide users with a comfortable toilet environment. The interior ceiling is made of high-quality plastic-steel suspended ceiling, which is aesthetically pleasing.

Mobile Device: Enables the mobile toilet to be easily moved and transported, allowing it to be placed at different locations according to actual needs.
