Complete Installation of Mobile Toilet
Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026
The complete installation process of mobile toilets varies depending on whether they are for home or public use, as detailed below:

Home Mobile Toilet Installation
- Check Components: Upon receiving the package, open it immediately to check if all components are present. This is crucial for ensuring a smooth installation process. If any components are missing, contact the merchant promptly for replacements.
- Install Flange: Align the center of the toilet flange precisely with the center of the sewer pipe, then place the toilet steadily and correctly. This step is vital for the toilet's sealing and stability. Misalignment may lead to leakage issues during use.
- Connect Water Supply: Install the angle valve, connect the three-way joint between the water inlet and the spray head, and tighten the toilet's water inlet hose. Ensure all connections are tight during the process to prevent leakage and ensure normal use.
- Assemble Spray Head: Tighten the sealing gaskets at both ends of the spray head. After assembly, connect it to the other end of the three-way joint and secure the spray head bracket on top of the three-way joint. Proper installation of the sealing gaskets is essential for ensuring the seal at the spray head connection.
- Test and Accept: After completing the above steps, conduct a water test on the toilet to check for any leakage or blockage issues. Once confirmed to be problem-free, apply adhesive to secure the toilet for added stability.
Public Mobile Toilet Installation
- Foundation Preparation: Choose a fixed or temporary location based on actual needs, ensuring the ground is level. This is a prerequisite for smooth subsequent installation work, as uneven ground may affect the toilet's stability and usability.
- Structural Assembly: For single-unit public mobile toilets, simply place components such as the fecal sewage storage tank and sanitary ware. For composite structures, assemble modules such as walls, roofs, and floor panels, ensuring tight and secure connections between modules.
- Install Mobile Devices: Depending on the type of public mobile toilet, install appropriate lifting, towing, or power devices to facilitate movement and transportation of the toilet.
- Sewage Treatment System: Connect water-flush, waterless-flush suction, or dry-packing devices. Different sewage treatment systems are suitable for different scenarios and needs, so choose and install them according to the actual situation.
- Functional Debugging: Check if sanitary ware, washing facilities, water tanks, etc., are operating normally to ensure all toilet functions are usable and provide convenience for users.
Precautions: Mobile toilets should be designed following the principles of "mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, and environmental friendliness". Before installation, confirm that the site dimensions match the toilet's height and width.
