Mobile Toilet Cleaning Tutorial
Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026
Mobile toilet cleaning should follow a professional process and an eight-step cleaning method. The specific operations are as follows:

I. Professional Cleaning Process (for deep cleaning)
- Pretreatment and Protection
Operators need to wear waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles. Set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area. Check the liquid level indicator, sewage valve connection status, and ground leakage to ensure equipment safety. - Emptying Waste
Use a high-power vacuum sewage truck to connect to the sewage outlet and slowly extract the liquid and solid residues from the storage tank. After completion, inject clean water for a second suction to flush away residues on the tank walls and prevent waste adhesion. - High-Pressure Washing
Use a high-pressure washer with a pressure of 120-180 bar to spray the inner walls, toilets, floors, and dead corners of the toilet with a fan-shaped water jet, focusing on removing excreta, tissue residues, and calcified dirt. Stubborn stains require scrubbing with a long-handled brush dipped in a non-ionic surfactant cleaner. - Deep Disinfection
Apply chlorine-containing or hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants (effective chlorine 500-1000 mg/L) by spraying or wiping to cover all contact surfaces (such as door handles, flush buttons, etc.). Maintain contact for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with clean water. The sewage suction hoses, connectors, and tools should be disinfected simultaneously. - Air Treatment
Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize ammonia and hydrogen sulfide odors, improving the indoor air quality of the toilet. - Equipment Maintenance
Check components such as toilet seals, exhaust fans, door lock hinges, and solar power systems. Record and report any damage for repair in a timely manner. - Waste Disposal
The extracted waste and cleaning wastewater should be transported to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks for proper disposal. It is strictly prohibited to dump them into storm drains or non-designed pipe networks. - Record Keeping
Fill out a record form with cleaning time, disinfectant dosage, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction to ensure process traceability.
II. Eight-Step Cleaning Method (for daily maintenance)
- Remove: Use a broom to remove dust and cobwebs from the ceiling, walls, window screens, and lighting fixtures.
- Wipe: Use a cloth to wipe easily accessible areas such as doors, windows, handwashing stations, partition boards, window sills, walls, and switches.
- Scrub: Use a brush to thoroughly scrub the alkaline scale inside squat toilets, sit toilets, and urinals to prevent blockages.
- Clear: Sweep garbage from both inside and outside areas, and promptly empty garbage bins to prevent odor spread.
- Mop: Use a mop to remove standing water on the floor, ensuring the interior is dry and clean to reduce the risk of slipping.
- Inspect: Check whether facilities such as faucets, sensor devices, and clothes hooks are intact, and report any damage for repair in a timely manner.
- Disinfect: Spray disinfectant on door and window handles, faucets, switches, etc., at least three times a day, and turn on deodorizing equipment or light deodorizing incense.
- Store: Place cleaning supplies (such as mops, brooms, cloths) in the tool room to ensure no clutter accumulates.
