Mobile Toilet Cleaning Process

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile toilet cleaning process should follow standardized operations, covering cleaning, disinfection, maintenance, and other aspects. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Basic Cleaning Process (Eight-Step Method)

  1. Dust Removal: Use a broom to remove dust and cobwebs from the ceiling, walls, window screens, and lighting fixtures to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the hygiene environment.
  2. Wiping: Use a cloth to clean easily accessible areas such as doors, windows, handwashing basins, partition boards, window sills, walls, and switches, focusing on removing water stains and dirt.
  3. Scrubbing: Use a brush to thoroughly scrub alkaline scale in squat toilets, sit-down toilets, and urinals. If necessary, use a specialized cleaner to break down stains.
  4. Garbage Removal: Sweep garbage from both internal and external areas and promptly empty garbage bins to prevent odor diffusion and bacterial growth.
  5. Mopping: Use an absorbent mop to remove standing water from the floor, ensuring it is dry to reduce the risk of slipping.
  6. Facility Inspection: Check whether faucets, sensing devices, clothes hooks, etc., are intact. Report and repair any damage promptly to ensure functionality.
  7. Disinfection Treatment: Spray disinfectant (such as quaternary ammonium compound disinfectant with a dilution ratio of 1:200) on high-frequency contact surfaces such as door and window handles, faucets, and switches at least three times a day. Activate deodorization equipment or light incense.
  8. Tool Return: Return tools such as mops, brooms, and cloths to the tool room to prevent clutter from affecting future use.

II. Deep Cleaning by Area

  1. External Cleaning: Use a high-pressure water gun (pressure ≤ 5 MPa) to rinse the exterior walls twice a day, focusing on removing mosquito and fly residues. Apply a silicone oil-containing护理剂 (nursing agent) to stainless steel components to prevent oxidation.
  2. Internal Deep Treatment:
    • Toilet Cleaning: Use a biological enzyme cleaner to break down organic stains (let it sit for 15 minutes), then use a spherical brush to clean the pipe bends to prevent blockages.
    • Floor Anti-Slip Treatment: Apply an anti-slip agent (friction coefficient ≥ 0.6) to reduce the risk of slipping.
    • Smart System Inspection: Test the response time of the automatic sensing device (≤ 0.5 seconds) to ensure device sensitivity.

III. Special Situation Handling

  1. Vomit Handling: First, use an adsorption gel to solidify the contaminants, then handle them according to the standards for infectious waste to avoid cross-contamination.
  2. Winter Anti-Freezing: Inject -30°C antifreeze into the drainage pipes to prevent pipe freezing and cracking.

IV. Quality Acceptance Standards

  1. Disinfection Effect Verification: Use an ATP fluorescence detector to test high-frequency contact surfaces. The reading should be ≤ 200 RLU.
  2. Microbial Detection: Regularly commission a third party to test for coliform bacteria. The result should be negative.

Precautions:

  • Avoid using strong acid and strong alkali cleaners (such as oxalic acid) to prevent corrosion of stainless steel components.
  • Do not mix disinfectants (such as 84 disinfectant + toilet cleaner) to avoid the production of toxic chlorine gas.
  • The ventilation system filter should be replaced every 15 days to ensure air circulation quality.
