Mobile Toilet Cleaning
Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026
Mobile toilet cleaning is a service that ensures hygiene and safety through processes such as suction, flushing, and disinfection, combined with scene-specific norms and smart technologies.

Cleaning Process
- Suction of Sewage and Solid Waste: Professional teams use sewage suction trucks connected to dedicated pipes to suction waste from the toilet boxes via vacuum pumps (negative pressure ≥ 0.08 MPa). The tank's anti-wave plates prevent shaking during transportation.
- High-Pressure Flushing: High-pressure water jets (pressure ≥ 120 bar) are used to thoroughly flush the inner and outer walls of the toilet compartments without dead spots, complemented by manual scrubbing with stiff brushes for the inner walls of the toilets and footrests.
- Disinfection and Deodorization: Quaternary ammonium or hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants (diluted to ppm levels) are sprayed. Biological enzyme preparations or activated carbon filters are integrated into the ventilation system to control ammonia concentration below 0.5 ppm. After cleaning, slightly acidic electrolyzed water or hypochlorous acid mist is used for disinfection to kill pathogens such as E. coli.
Cleaning Requirements for Different Scenarios
- Construction Sites: Emptying and high-pressure flushing are performed at least twice daily, with a focus on treating urine scale and fecal residues. Operations avoid mechanical work areas, and portable car washers are used to clean ground stains.
- Music Festivals/Marathons: Quick disinfection and deodorization are initiated after every 50-80 uses. Service providers plan routes and operate during periods of low crowd density.
- Emergency Relief: Excreta must be transported in a closed manner to prevent secondary pollution.
Cleaning Equipment and Technological Features
- Equipment Requirements: High vacuum levels and low noise are essential. Different lengths of suction pipes and quick-connect fittings are used for various toilet models, such as standalone and trailer-mounted types, with manual gate valves controlling flow.
- Smart Technology Applications: Sensors monitor liquid levels in real-time and automatically assign cleaning tasks. IoT technology enables autonomous sending of waste removal requests, and cloud platforms coordinate vehicle scheduling to reduce empty driving rates.
Operational Norms and Management Standards
- Operators: Must master disinfectant mixing ratios, wastewater treatment, and high-pressure cleaning techniques. They are required to wear protective gear such as splash-proof face shields and nitrile gloves and must hold health certificates.
- Quality Control: A "Cleaning Inspection Card" is compiled to specify operational standards (e.g., no stains on toilets, disinfection contact time ≥ 10 minutes). Hierarchical assessments and electronic ledgers for traceability are introduced.
Development Prospects
The industry is upgrading towards intelligence and ecology, with mature resource treatment technologies. Fecal matter undergoes solid-liquid separation for composting, and sewage is treated with MBR membranes for reuse in landscaping, achieving waste recycling.
