Mobile Toilet Circuit

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The circuit design of mobile toilets needs to comprehensively consider power supply methods, internal electrical equipment, and protection for special scenarios to ensure stable operation and safety.

Power Supply Methods

The power supply method for mobile toilets is selected flexibly according to the usage scenario:

  1. Mains Power Connection: Suitable for fixed locations (such as public toilets in parks and scenic spots), directly connected to 220V/50Hz alternating current, equipped with a leakage protection switch to provide continuous and stable power. This method has low costs and is simple to maintain, but it relies on the coverage of the municipal power grid.
  2. Solar Power Supply: Through solar panels on the top, light energy is converted into direct current, which is then converted into alternating current by an inverter for use by equipment. Excess electricity is stored in batteries. It is suitable for remote areas with abundant sunlight and a lack of municipal power grids or places with high environmental protection requirements, but the initial investment is relatively high and it is affected by the weather.
  3. Dry Battery Power Supply: Dry batteries are used to supply power to simple models, eliminating the need for an external power source and allowing for easy installation. However, the power supply capacity and battery life are limited, making it only suitable for short-term scenarios such as highway service areas or temporary event sites.

Internal Electrical Equipment

According to functional requirements, the internal circuit of a mobile toilet needs to supply power to the following equipment:

  1. Specialized Equipment for Highway Service Areas: After the controller is connected to a 220V power source, it is converted into 12V or 24V direct current through an AC-DC module to supply power to equipment such as occupancy indicator signs, ceiling speakers, exhaust fans, toilet stall human body sensors, lighting lamps, and smart locks for partition doors. These devices are connected to the controller through IO signals to achieve centralized control and management, improving usage efficiency.
  2. General Equipment: This includes lighting systems (such as LED lamps), automatic flushing control systems (controlled by microcomputers or infrared sensors), and winter insulation and anti-freezing systems (such as electric heaters and heat-tracing wires). Some equipment needs to be equipped with temperature control or timing functions to adapt to different environmental requirements.

Circuit Protection for Special Scenarios

The electronic screens of outdoor mobile toilets need to meet standards such as urine resistance, mold resistance, and weather resistance:

  1. Requirements for Three-Proof Coatings: Electronic screens need to be coated with a specialized three-proof coating. After being soaked in artificial urine for 200 hours, there should be no swelling or corrosion, the mold growth grade should reach Level 0, and there should be no yellowing or embrittlement after 1000 hours of xenon lamp aging testing.
  2. Protection Effects: Certified three-proof coatings can significantly reduce the failure rate of electronic screens and improve usage stability, especially in high-humidity or corrosive environments.

The circuit design of mobile toilets needs to take into account power supply reliability, equipment compatibility, and environmental adaptability. Through modular design and protective measures, it ensures efficient and safe operation in different scenarios.
