How to Install a Mobile Toilet Chair

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

Taking the YC713 commode chair as an example, the installation steps for a mobile toilet chair are as follows:

  1. Unpack the Product and Accessories
After opening the package, carefully check that the main product and all accessories are present, including the main frame, seat plate, footrest, footrest support tube, commode bucket, parking buckles, and springs. If any accessories are missing or damaged, promptly contact the merchant for replacement or reshipment to avoid affecting subsequent installation.

  2. Install the Main Frame and Seat Plate
Fully extend the main frame to a stable state, ensuring there is no looseness in the structure. Then, securely fasten the parking buckles on both sides of the main frame, confirming that the buckles are fully embedded to fix the main frame. When installing the seat plate, align the seat plate buckles precisely with the corresponding slots on the main frame's crossbar and gently press down until fully seated, avoiding misalignment that could lead to instability or damage to the components.

  3. Assemble the Footrest
Vertically insert the footrest support tube into the preset installation hole on the footrest. When inserting, apply slight pressure to the spring. After the support tube is fully inserted, observe whether the spring automatically pops out and locks into the positioning hole. If the spring does not pop out, readjust the insertion angle or check if the hole is aligned to ensure the footrest is stable and does not wobble.

  4. Install the Commode Bucket
Place the commode bucket steadily on the commode bucket holder at the bottom of the main frame, adjusting its position to align with the opening of the seat plate to ensure that waste accurately falls into the commode bucket during use. Some models may require additional securing of the commode bucket, such as locking it with buckles or knobs, following the product instructions.

Precautions

  • Different models of commode chairs (such as the KJ6204 folding commode chair) may have different installation steps due to design variations. It is recommended to refer to the product's accompanying manual or contact after-sales service for guidance first.
  • Avoid using excessive force during installation to prevent deformation or breakage of components. If you encounter difficulty in fastening buckles or springs that do not pop out, check for obstructions or misalignment of components.
  • After installation, thoroughly inspect all connections for firmness. Shake the main frame, footrest, and seat plate to confirm there is no looseness before putting them into use to ensure safety.
