Mobile Toilet Categories
Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026
Mobile toilets can be categorized from five dimensions: structural form, mobility method, material, sewage treatment method, and usage scenario, as detailed below:

1. Classification by Structural Form
- Single-Unit Mobile Toilets: Designed as independent units, compact in size, suitable for space-constrained scenarios such as temporary event sites or narrow streets.
- Composite-Structure Mobile Toilets: Composed of multiple functional modules, highly expandable, commonly found at large events or long-term usage sites like music festivals and construction sites.
2. Classification by Mobility Method
- Hoisting and Handling Mobile Toilets: Rely on cranes and other equipment for overall handling, suitable for fixed-point usage such as construction sites or long-term construction areas.
- Powered and Trailer-Type Mobile Toilets: Equipped with their own power systems or wheels, can be moved by towing vehicles, highly flexible, suitable for scenarios requiring frequent position adjustments like music festivals and exhibitions.
3. Classification by Material
- Plastic Toilets: Lightweight and low-cost, suitable for temporary use at construction sites, but with relatively poor durability.
- Color-Steel Toilets: Excellent thermal and sound insulation, aesthetically pleasing, commonly found in public areas like parks and streets.
- Fiberglass Toilets: Molded as a whole, highly impact-resistant, suitable for extreme environments like disaster relief.
- Tent-Type Toilets: Easy to assemble and disassemble, suitable for temporary events or emergency scenarios like outdoor weddings or disaster relief.
4. Classification by Sewage Treatment Method
- Water-Flush and Non-Water-Flush Suction Types: Use suction equipment to clean up waste, suitable for areas without sewage pipelines.
- Recirculating Water-Flush Types: Recycle water resources, water-saving and environmentally friendly, commonly found in ecological scenic spots.
- Waterless Packaging Types: Similar to the principle of diapers, waste is sealed and treated, suitable for water-scarce areas like deserts and plateaus.
- Traditional Water-Flush Types: Require connection to sewage pipelines, dependent on sufficient water sources, mostly used in scenic spots or urban public areas.
- Foam Sealing Types: Reduce odors by covering with foam, significantly water-saving, suitable for places with high environmental protection requirements.
- Microbial Degradation Types: Use microorganisms to decompose waste into fertilizer, commonly found in ecological parks or agricultural demonstration areas.
5. Classification by Usage Scenario
- Scenic Spot Toilets: Designed with aesthetics in mind, often disguised as small cabins or landscape structures, equipped with sinks and other facilities.
- Construction Site Toilets: Mainly iron sheds with direct drainage pipes, meet short-term high-intensity usage needs.
- Temporary Event Toilets: For scenarios like air shows and concerts, equipped with LED lights, can be set up within 1 hour.
- Barrier-Free Toilets: Clearly marked, equipped with handrails, sit-down toilets, and other facilities, convenient for the elderly or disabled.
