Mobile Toilet Car

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

A mobile toilet car is a specialized vehicle equipped with toilet facilities to meet the restroom needs in mobile scenarios. The following is an introduction from three aspects: structure, brand, and price.

I. Structural Features
The mobile toilet car is based on a specialized vehicle chassis and integrates sanitary and toilet functional modules. Taking the SINOTRUK HOWO logistical support mobile toilet car as an example, it adopts a 4×2 National VI chassis with an engine power of 257kW, which is superior to the 220kW required in the bidding documents, indicating strong power performance. The interior of the carriage is designed with gender-specific zones and can accommodate up to 8 people simultaneously. It is equipped with 3 urinals and independent squatting or sitting toilets, and some models also have barrier-free facilities. The top of the carriage is paved with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, ensuring both structural strength and ease of cleaning and maintenance. It is also equipped with a ladder for accessing the roof, facilitating the maintenance of top-mounted equipment such as ventilation systems and air conditioning units. In addition, vehicle-mounted mobile toilets are usually equipped with an independent water supply system (with water tank capacities ranging from several hundred liters to several tons depending on the model), sewage treatment devices (such as septic tanks or biodegradation systems), and ventilation equipment to ensure hygiene and comfort during use.

II. Brands and Types
There are various brands of mobile toilet cars on the market, including mainstream manufacturers such as SINOTRUK, Dongfeng, Chengli, Jiangte, Jinlv, Huazhifeng, and HOWO. According to their functional positioning, they can be classified into logistical support types, emergency rescue types, and tourism service types, among others. For example, the Yuanting Smart Environmental Protection Public Toilet Station is a new type of vehicle-mounted mobile toilet currently under development. It may integrate intelligent monitoring systems (such as toilet occupancy indicators and air quality detection) or new energy power sources (electric chassis), further enhancing convenience and environmental friendliness.

III. Price Range
The prices of mobile toilet cars vary significantly depending on their configuration, purpose, and brand. Basic models (such as simple mobile toilet cars) are priced at around 58,000 yuan and are suitable for short-term events or temporary venues. High-end models (such as the SINOTRUK HOWO logistical support car) can cost up to 158,000 yuan, featuring stronger power, larger water tank capacities, and more comprehensive sewage treatment systems, making them suitable for long-term stationing or high-intensity use scenarios. Some customized models (such as those equipped with air conditioning, hot water supply, or intelligent management systems) may be priced even higher.
