Mobile Toilet Bottom Structure

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The bottom structure of a mobile toilet mainly consists of components such as a frame, a waste storage tank, and a floor, each with distinct characteristics and functions.

Frame Section: The bottom frame of a mobile toilet is typically made of lightweight yet sturdy materials to ensure the overall structural stability and durability. Common materials include steel or aluminum alloy, which possess high strength and good toughness, enabling them to withstand a certain amount of weight and pressure. Generally, round steel, I-beams, channel steel, or H-beams are selected for welding at the bottom. This welding method enhances the frame's robustness, making it less prone to deformation or damage during long-term use. The columns are made of square steel tubes, which have a regular shape and can provide stable support, ensuring the stability of the entire mobile toilet.

Waste Storage Tank Section: The waste storage tank is a crucial component of the mobile toilet's bottom, usually located at the base of the toilet to collect waste. It is generally made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as polyethylene. Polyethylene exhibits excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, enabling it to withstand the erosion of various chemicals in the waste and extend the service life of the storage tank. Additionally, polyethylene material is lightweight and has good sealing properties, facilitating the installation and transportation of the mobile toilet and effectively preventing waste leakage to avoid environmental pollution.

Floor Section: The wooden floor inside the toilet is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) anti-corrosion raw materials. FRP is a composite material with anti-slip, moisture-proof, easy-to-clean, and wear-resistant properties. Array-type circular anti-slip protrusions are set up on the step surface, further enhancing the floor's anti-slip performance and ensuring the safety of users. A dedicated silicone rubber waterproof sealing strip is installed at the junction between the wooden floor and the wall. Silicone rubber has good elasticity and sealing properties, effectively preventing water penetration, avoiding floor damage or bacterial growth due to moisture, and facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance.
