Mobile Toilet Bottom Repair
Mobile toilet bottom repair should be carried out according to the specific type of fault. Common situations and methods are as follows:

1. Deformation or cracking of the tank body If small cracks appear on the tank body due to external impact or long-term uneven stress, special plastic welding materials can be used for repair. These materials need to match the material of the tank body. They are heated and melted to fill the cracks, and then form a firm connection after cooling. If the cracks are large or the deformation is severe, it may affect the structural stability. In this case, the entire tank body or related components need to be replaced. For example, if the bottom of the tank body collapses locally due to long-term load-bearing, simply repairing the cracks cannot restore the load-bearing capacity, and the whole tank body needs to be replaced to avoid subsequent usage risks.
2. Leakage of the water storage tank and pipes Leakage of the water storage tank or connecting pipes is a common cause of water seepage at the bottom. First, check the surface of the water tank and the pipe connections for cracks or looseness. In case of minor leakage, waterproof sealing tape can be wrapped around the cracks, or special glue (such as polyurethane glue) can be applied for sealing. If there are large cracks in the water tank (e.g., longer than 5 centimeters), it is recommended to directly replace it with a new one to avoid water waste or ground pollution caused by continuous leakage. When the pipe connections are loose, the joints need to be tightened again, and the sealing gaskets should be checked for aging. Replace them with new ones if necessary.
3. Failure of the sewage pipe connection If there is water seepage at the bottom accompanied by an odor or sewage overflow, it may be due to the failure of the connection between the sewage pipe and the sealing ring (flange ring). In this case, the bottom panel of the mobile toilet needs to be removed to check whether the sewage pipe has cracks or deformation. If the pipe is intact and only the sealing ring is aged or misaligned, a new sealing ring (which needs to match the pipe diameter) can be replaced and reinstalled. If there are cracks in the sewage pipe itself, the entire section of the pipe needs to be replaced, and it should be ensured that the new pipe fits tightly with the sealing ring. After installation, a water flow test should be carried out to confirm that there is no leakage before resuming use.
Special reminder: Mobile toilet bottom repair involves disassembly and assembly operations. If you lack relevant experience or tools (such as a hot-melt welding machine or special wrenches), it is recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel. Self-operation may lead to poor sealing, component damage, or safety hazards. Especially if the sewage pipe connection is not installed correctly, it may cause sewage leakage or odor diffusion problems.
