Mobile Toilet Bottom Construction Methods

Admin 26 de septiembre de 2026

There are mainly two common methods for constructing the bottom of mobile toilets: using a water storage tank and a support plate, and using a plastic bucket.

Construction Using a Water Storage Tank and a Support Plate

In this construction method, the support plate serves as the foundational support for the entire bottom structure. First, it is necessary to select a support plate of appropriate size and material to ensure it has sufficient strength to bear the overall weight of the mobile toilet and the various loads that may arise during use. At each of the four corners of the bottom of the support plate, universal wheels are fixed. The selection of universal wheels is also crucial and should be determined based on factors such as the weight of the mobile toilet and the usage environment. For example, if the mobile toilet is relatively heavy, universal wheels with a stronger load-bearing capacity are required; if the usage environment is rugged, the universal wheels should have better wear resistance and flexibility. When fixing the universal wheels, it is essential to ensure they are installed firmly to prevent loosening or detachment during use, which could affect the stability and safety of the mobile toilet. The advantage of this bottom construction method is that the water storage tank can be integrated into the support plate structure, facilitating the collection and treatment of excrement. Meanwhile, the universal wheels allow the mobile toilet to be moved flexibly, adapting to different usage scenarios such as outdoor events and temporary construction sites.

Construction Using a Plastic Bucket

First, select a plastic bucket of an appropriate size, generally determined by the scale of the mobile toilet and the number of users. Cut the bucket at the one-third mark on its body. This position is chosen after consideration, ensuring there is enough space to accommodate excrement while providing a reasonable structural layout for the subsequent installation of other components. After cutting, install a wheel assembly at the bottom of the plastic bucket. The installation of the wheel assembly should ensure a tight connection with the bucket bottom, evenly distributing the weight and making the mobile toilet move more smoothly. This bottom construction method is relatively simple and has a lower cost, suitable for occasions where the requirements for the mobile toilet are not high and the budget is limited, such as small outdoor gatherings and temporary rural toilets. However, its stability and load-bearing capacity may be slightly weaker compared to the method using a water storage tank and a support plate.
