Mobile Toilet Boat
The term 'mobile toilet boat' is not a universally recognized concept with a fixed definition, but there are related descriptions in specific events and scenarios.

The State of 'Mobile Toilet Boat' in a Cruise Ship Accident
In February 2013, Carnival Corporation's cruise ship, the Triumph, encountered a serious accident during its voyage. The ship's engine caught fire, leading to a power outage. This chain reaction caused the ship's sewage treatment system to collapse. Under normal circumstances, the sewage treatment system on a cruise ship can efficiently handle sewage, including passengers' excreta, to maintain a hygienic environment on board. However, during this accident, the system's collapse resulted in a dreadful situation where toilets spewed sewage, meaning passengers' excreta could not be properly treated and instead flowed back into the cabins. In this situation, passengers were even forced to use plastic bags to 'handle their excreta issues independently'. The internal hygiene of the entire cruise ship deteriorated severely. From the perspectives of functionality and user experience, the Triumph at that time was akin to a 'mobile toilet boat', completely losing the comfort and hygiene conditions that a normal cruise ship should have, causing great pain and inconvenience to passengers.
The Situation of 'Mobile Toilet Boat' in a TV Show Scenario
In the TV show 'Divas Hit the Road Season 8', Wang Xingyue, acting as a tour guide, arranged a flower boat tour project. This trip was supposed to drift along the canal for three to four hours, but the boat lacked a basic facility—a restroom. For both passengers and the tour guide, being unable to properly handle excreta issues during a three- to four-hour voyage was undoubtedly a huge trouble. Wang Xingyue, the tour guide, ended up in an embarrassing situation of holding his urine. From this scenario, it can be understood that this flower boat, which lacked toilet facilities, could to some extent be regarded as a kind of 'mobile toilet boat'. It failed to meet people's basic physiological needs and had a negative impact on people's travel experience.
