Mobile Toilet Being Live Streamed
There is a risk of privacy leakage as mobile toilets are being 'live streamed', which requires attention and measures to be taken to address it.

Incident Details
Several incidents have been reported where citizens using mobile toilets have been 'live streamed'. For example, on February 5th, a woman in Henan captured the embarrassing scene of citizens being 'live streamed' while using a mobile toilet. This mobile toilet had a design flaw, with the transparent window in the upper part of the toilet having no遮挡 (obstruction/cover, here we use 'obstruction' for better expression in context). Citizens' actions such as pulling up their pants and tidying their clothes while using the toilet could be seen clearly from the outside. Moreover, there were many people waiting outside the toilet at that time, which undoubtedly further exacerbated the severity of citizens' privacy leakage.
Impact of the Incident
This situation of privacy leakage has caused great distress and embarrassment to citizens. Using the toilet in a public place is a private act, but due to the design issue of the mobile toilet, it is exposed to the public, seriously infringing on citizens' privacy rights. It may cause citizens to experience psychological pressure and discomfort, and even affect their confidence in the normal use of public facilities.
Suggestions for Response
The woman who filmed the video put forward reasonable suggestions. On the one hand, she reminded everyone to pay attention to similar situations when using the toilet in public places in the future, raise their self-protection awareness, and observe the surrounding environment and whether there is a risk of privacy leakage in the toilet design before using a mobile toilet. On the other hand, she also hoped that relevant departments could take it seriously, install obstructions such as curtains on mobile toilet equipment with design flaws to solve the problem of privacy leakage from the source. Relevant departments should strengthen supervision over public facilities such as mobile toilets, strictly screen during procurement and installation to ensure that the facilities comply with relevant standards such as privacy protection, and provide citizens with a safe and private toilet environment.
