Mobile Toilet and Bathroom Tutorial

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

You can refer to the following two tutorials for making a mobile toilet and bathroom:

Tutorial 1

  1. Basic Structure Construction: Use an angle grinder to split a water storage tank in half lengthwise, which will serve as the base for the main frame of the toilet. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to provide mobility for the entire structure. Attach wooden strips and self-tapping screws to the upper side of the tank to increase height, creating space for installing other components later.
  2. Door and Wall Construction: Cut an opening on the side of the water storage tank and install sponge strips to form a door frame, providing cushioning and sealing. Embed plastic soft boards to create raised walls. Place the upper half of the water storage tank on top of the wooden strips to serve as the roof, completing the enclosed structure of the toilet.
  3. Appearance Treatment: Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics and prevent moisture damage. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door that meets basic usage needs.
  4. Drainage and Water Supply System Installation: Cut a hole at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Cut a hole on the side and connect a direct fitting to drain sewage. Place a plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe-made bath heater to provide hot water. Install a three-way fitting below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, securing the toilet with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to a sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe at the three-way fitting of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink. Install relevant fittings and hoses, and cut a hole in the door to install a fitting, completing the layout of the entire drainage and water supply system.

Tutorial 2

  1. Mobile Base Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet to provide a mobile base for placing the water storage tank later.
  2. Water Storage Tank Processing and Assembly: Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the tank to remove the top part, creating an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first one. Fix the outer frames of the two tanks with self-tapping screws to form the main space of the toilet.
  3. Doorway and Drain Opening Construction: Cut a rectangular opening 180 cm high and 50 cm wide on the outer frame of the water storage tank, and cut the tank body accordingly to form a doorway. Cut a hole in the floor inside the tank, insert an elbow from the bottom, cut a section of water pipe, seal the gap with glue, and cut off the excess pipe to serve as a drain opening.
  4. Sanitary Ware Installation: Align the toilet with the drain opening and secure it with glue around the toilet. Fix a water pipe on the wall clip and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect a water pipe to the cap, and cut a hole at the bottom as the outlet for the drain pipe. Cut a hole in the cap, apply glass glue, and fix a stainless steel basin-made sink. Connect a water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect a shower hose, install a showerhead bracket and a toilet seat ring, and install a showerhead made of a water pipe.
  5. Door Installation: Bring a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and fix the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form the door of the toilet. Install a door handle on the door, completing the construction of the entire mobile toilet and bathroom.
