Mobile Toilet Basic Production

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

There are mainly two methods for the basic production of mobile toilets: using a water storage bucket and using a water storage tank with a pallet.

Production Using a Water Storage Bucket

First, take out a water storage bucket from home and split it in half lengthwise with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Then, take wooden strips and fix them to the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws to increase the height. Open a doorway on the side of the water storage bucket, install sponge strips on both sides of the doorway to form a door frame, and insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create an elevated wall. Place the upper half of the water storage bucket on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance aesthetics. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of the plastic bucket and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device. Connect the bath heater made of water pipes, install a tee fitting below the inlet pipe, and connect a showerhead. Place the toilet on the drain pipe hole, install a water tank, and fix it with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage bucket. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee fitting on the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the inlet pipe for the sink. Drill a hole in the door, install a fitting, and connect a hose.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening in the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body accordingly to form a doorway. Drill a hole in the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards, and cut in a water pipe, sealing the gaps with glue. Cut off the excess water pipe. Place the toilet over the drain hole and secure it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall buckles and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect a water pipe to the pipe cap, and drill a hole to serve as the outlet for the drain pipe. Apply glass glue to the pipe cap and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install a shower bracket. Install a toilet seat and a showerhead made of a water pipe. Finally, bring wooden boards, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and fix the other side of the hinges to the wooden boards to form the door of the toilet. Install a door handle on the door.
