Mobile Toilet Base Support
The design of the mobile toilet base support primarily features a steel structure frame, combining strength with lightweight properties. Installation requires attention to levelness, secure fastening, and shock absorption effect adjustment.

Structural Design Features
Mobile toilet bases typically use a steel structure frame as the main support, such as an angle iron frame base. Its typical structure is an L4×L4 angle iron frame with a middle plate. This combination utilizes the high load-bearing capacity of angle steel while providing a flat installation surface through the plate for easy subsequent equipment fixation. Laying floor adhesive on the surface enhances slip resistance and prevents moisture penetration, extending the base's service life. Additionally, some products integrate shock absorption devices (such as rubber pads or spring shock absorbers) to reduce vibrations during equipment operation through cushioning, improving stability.
Key Installation Points
Preparation and Inspection
Before installation, confirm the completeness of equipment and accessories, focusing on checking for deformation in the base support, completeness of anchor bolts, and aging of rubber gaskets. Simultaneously, level the ground according to site conditions and use a spirit level to confirm the installation area is level, avoiding uneven force on the equipment due to ground inclination.Support and Ground Fixation
After placing the base steadily, adjust the height of the four corners to ensure the overall levelness of the equipment. When fixing, select appropriate expansion bolts based on the ground material:- Concrete ground: Choose long bolts to enhance fixation effect;
- Soil ground: Compact the ground first to prevent later settlement.
Tighten the bolts evenly to avoid excessive local force causing base cracking.
Shock Absorption Device Installation
When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure they are fully in contact with the support and ground without misalignment or suspension. For bases with cushioning functions, test the shock absorption effect by gently pushing the equipment after installation and observe for significant shaking. If abnormal shaking occurs, check for wear on the rubber pads or reverse installation of the shock absorbers.Post-Installation Inspection and Adjustment
After installation, use a spirit level again to check the overall levelness and inspect the firmness of all connections and the tightness of anchor bolts. Conduct a simple shaking test to confirm the shock absorption effect meets requirements. If possible, continuously observe the equipment's stability for 24 hours after installation to prevent issues caused by ground settlement.
Market Product Types
There are various mobile toilet base products on the market, such as stainless steel squat toilet mobile temporary toilet bases, which feature slip-resistant surfaces suitable for outdoor scenarios; and integrated shower rooms with bases, waterproof-free mobile glass bathrooms, which simplify installation through integrated design, meeting temporary sanitation facility needs.
