Mobile Toilet Base Production

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilet base production can adopt different methods according to different design requirements. The following are common and practical production methods:

Firstly, using wooden boards or metal materials to make a sturdy base is a relatively basic and universal method. For wooden boards, you can choose wood with an appropriate thickness and a hard texture, such as pine or oak. After anti-corrosion treatment, they can effectively resist the erosion of the humid environment and extend the service life of the base. For metal materials, you can choose angle steel or square steel, which have high strength and strong load-bearing capacity, and can withstand the weight of users and other external forces that may occur. During production, cut the wooden boards or metal materials into suitable shapes and sizes according to the size and design requirements of the mobile toilet, and assemble them by welding (for metal materials) or nailing (for wooden boards) to ensure a stable base structure.

Secondly, using a structure of an L4*L4 angle iron frame with a board in the middle is a common production method for outdoor toilet bases. This structure makes full use of the high load-bearing capacity of angle steel. The specification of the angle steel is L4*L4, and its side length and thickness can provide sufficient strength to support the entire mobile toilet. For the board in the middle of the angle iron frame, multi-layer boards or particle boards are generally selected. These boards can provide a flat installation surface, facilitating the subsequent installation of other components of the toilet. Laying floor adhesive on the surface is a crucial step. The floor adhesive has anti-slip and moisture-proof functions, which can effectively prevent users from slipping during use and also prevent moisture from rising from the ground, protecting the base and the internal equipment of the toilet from moisture damage. During production, first weld the angle iron frame according to the design size, then fix the board on the angle iron frame, and finally lay the floor adhesive to ensure that the floor adhesive is tightly attached to the board without air bubbles or wrinkles.

During the production process, pay attention to the flatness and stability of the base to ensure that the mobile toilet will not shake or tilt during use. At the same time, select appropriate materials and production processes according to the use environment and expected service life of the mobile toilet to ensure the quality and performance of the base.
