Mobile Toilet Base Installation Guide
Here is the installation guide for the mobile toilet base:

I. Thorough Preparation Work Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and accessories for completeness. First, confirm that the base bracket has no structural damage such as deformation or cracks, that the number and specifications of anchor bolts meet the design requirements, and that the rubber gaskets are free from aging or cracking. Simultaneously, preprocess the installation site: use a level to check the ground flatness, with an error tolerance of within ±5mm. If there are significant irregularities on the ground, level it with a bedding course or compact it locally. For soil ground, compact it in advance to a bearing capacity of no less than 150kPa to prevent later settlement. For cement ground, remove surface dust and oil stains to ensure the bonding strength between the bolts and the base layer.
II. Bracket and Ground Fixing Method Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily on the processed ground and adjust the adjustable feet at the four corners of the bracket to keep the entire device level. Select the fixing method according to the ground material: for cement ground, it is recommended to use expansion bolts of M12×100mm or larger, with a bolt embedding depth of at least 80mm to ensure anchoring force. For soil ground, first pour a concrete foundation of 200mm×200mm×150mm, and after the strength reaches C20, use chemical anchors for fixing. When fixing, tighten the bolts symmetrically, with a torque controlled between 40-50N·m, to avoid local stress concentration that could cause the base to crack.
III. Shock Absorber Installation Specifications When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure they are fully in contact with the bracket and the ground, without misalignment or suspension. For rubber pads, check that their Shore hardness meets the design requirements (usually 60±5HA) and that the thickness deviation does not exceed ±1mm. The pre-compression amount of spring shock absorbers should be controlled within ±5% of the design value. After installation, gently push the device to test the shock absorption effect. If the horizontal shaking amplitude exceeds 5mm or the vertical vibration frequency is close to the device's natural frequency (which can easily trigger resonance), recheck the wear condition of the rubber pads or whether the installation direction of the shock absorbers is correct.
IV. Post-Installation Inspection and Debugging Use a level to recheck the overall levelness of the device, with an error tolerance of ≤2mm/m. Inspect all connection parts, including bolts, welds, and rubber pads, to ensure there is no looseness or cracking. During the shaking test, apply a vertical load of 50kg at each of the four corners of the device to observe whether the shock absorption system is working properly. Continuously monitor the device's stability for 24 hours after installation. If slight settlement is found, compensate by adjusting the feet. If the settlement exceeds 10mm, re-evaluate the ground bearing capacity and take reinforcement measures.
