Mobile Toilet Base Cement Platform
Admin 16 de octubre de 2026
There are mainly two construction methods for the cement platform of the mobile toilet base: the prefabricated cement slab formwork method and the concrete pouring and fixing method.

Prefabricated Cement Slab Formwork Method
- Earthwork Excavation: Conduct earthwork excavation according to the designed width of the foundation, leaving a space of 30 - 50cm outside the prefabricated cement slab to provide operating room for subsequent construction.
- Pouring of Cushion Concrete: When pouring the cushion concrete, comprehensively consider factors such as the prefabricated formwork, protective layer, waterproof layer, and an outward expansion of 100mm to ensure that the cushion can provide a stable foundation for subsequent construction.
- Positioning of Installation Control Lines: Mark the inner edge line position of the prefabricated cement slab on the foundation cushion as the installation control line to ensure the accuracy and standardization of the installation of the prefabricated cement slab.
- Installation of Prefabricated Formwork: Install the prefabricated formwork using a combination of tower crane hoisting and manual handling. Place square timbers at intervals of about 500mm under the side formwork of the platform to prevent sinking and displacement. Immediately backfill and compact the earth on the outer side after positioning to enhance the structural stability.
- Assembly Methods: There are two types: wet construction method and dry construction method. The wet construction method uses a mixture of cement and special adhesive to connect the slabs and adds anti-crack tapes; the dry construction method uses reinforced concrete sleeves, angle connectors, or U-shaped clip connectors for connection.
- Bracing Operation: After the strength of the adhesive material reaches the standard, carry out the bracing operation to prevent the platform from being displaced by the lateral pressure of the backfilled soil. After the soil around the platform is stably backfilled, remove the bracing materials.
Concrete Pouring and Fixing Method (Suitable for Long-Term Fixing)
- Foundation Pit Excavation: Excavate a foundation pit with a depth of 50cm and a width of 60cm according to the size of the toilet to provide a suitable space for subsequent concrete pouring.
- Laying of Gravel Cushion: Lay a 10cm-thick gravel cushion at the bottom of the pit and compact it to improve the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.
- Formwork Erection and Concrete Pouring: After formwork erection, pour C30 concrete and insert a steel reinforcement framework to enhance the strength and ensure the firmness and durability of the concrete foundation.
- Connection and Solidification: After the concrete solidifies (about 3 - 5 days), connect the toilet chassis to the concrete foundation. Note that a construction permit needs to be applied for in advance for this method.
