Mobile Toilet Automatic QR Code Scanner

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

The mobile toilet automatic QR code scanner is a device that combines QR code scanning technology with intelligent lock control and payment functions, used for the fee collection management and usage control of mobile public toilets.

In a case of mobile public toilets in Fujian, the automatic QR code scanner has been applied in real-world scenarios. Its workflow is as follows: Users first need to scan the QR code on the toilet door with their mobile phones. After scanning, they can push the door open and enter. Five seconds later, the toilet door automatically locks. At this point, users are required to pay a fee of 10 yuan. After successful payment, an operation page will pop up on the mobile phone, featuring two options: 'Open' and 'End Order'. Meanwhile, a countdown begins during the usage process to ensure that users use the toilet within the agreed time. The QR code scanner is connected to a WeChat mini-program called 'Xiaoxun Intelligent Control Center'. On the mini-program interface, it clearly states that the charge is 10 yuan for 10 minutes, and there is a 'User Notification' window that explains the usage rules and fee standards to users. The operator mentioned that the QR code lock was purchased from Taobao, indicating that the acquisition channel for this device is relatively convenient and the cost may be relatively low.

From a technical perspective, the automatic QR code scanner relies on QR code recognition technology and an intelligent lock control system. The QR code, as an information carrier, contains usage information about the toilet and payment links. The intelligent lock control system controls the opening and closing of the toilet door based on the QR code scanning results and payment status. This combination enables the automated management of mobile public toilets, improving management efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

In addition, there are various types of QR code scanning devices on the market, such as the ES8800 high-density industrial fixed-mount scanning module and the MD6100S/MD6155S supermarket and jewelry QR code wired scanning guns from the Mindeo brand. Although these devices have not been directly applied in mobile toilet scenarios, they demonstrate the diverse application forms of QR code scanning technology in different fields. They possess high-precision and high-speed scanning capabilities, can adapt to different working environments and requirements, and provide technical references and insights for the application of automatic QR code scanners in mobile toilets.
