Mobile Toilet Assembly Instructions (Translation)

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

There is generally no unified assembly diagram for mobile toilets, but the following installation steps can be referred to for mobile toilets:

I. Unpacking and Inspection Upon receiving the package of the mobile toilet, unpack it immediately to check the completeness of the accessories. Focus on verifying whether the main toilet body, sewage pipe connectors, sealing flanges or silicone sealant, water inlet pipes, fixing screws, etc., are all present. Also, inspect the surface of the toilet for any transportation damage such as dents or scratches. If any accessories are missing or the product is damaged, contact the supplier immediately for replacement or reshipment.

II. Pre-inspection of Pipes and Site Before installation, confirm the conditions of the pipes and the site:

  1. Sewage Pipe Inspection: Ensure that the sewage pipe is not blocked. You can flush it with clean water to test the drainage smoothness. If it is an old pipe, clear any possible oil stains or debris buildup in advance.
  2. Floor Levelness: Use a spirit level to check whether the floor in the installation area is level. If the floor slope exceeds 5 millimeters, level it with cement mortar to prevent the toilet from wobbling after installation.
  3. Sewage Outlet Height: The sewage outlet should be 2-5 millimeters higher than the floor to form a natural slope, preventing sewage backflow or odor return. If the height is insufficient, install a gasket or adjust the floor height.

III. Positioning and Marking Turn the toilet over with the sewage outlet facing upwards. Locate the center point of the sewage outlet and draw a crosshair with a marker pen on the edge of the sewage outlet, extending it to the bottom and all around the edges of the toilet. This step should ensure that the crosshair aligns with the central axis of the toilet, providing an accurate reference for subsequent alignment with the sewage outlet.

IV. Sealing Treatment Choose a sealing method according to the type of sewage outlet:

  1. Special Flange: If the sewage outlet is of a standard size, install a matching sealing flange to ensure a tight fit between the flange and the sewage outlet, preventing air or water leakage.
  2. Silicone Sealant Sealing: If the sewage outlet has a special size or no flange is available, evenly apply waterproof silicone sealant around the edge of the sewage outlet with a thickness of about 3-5 millimeters to form an elastic sealing layer.

V. Installation and Fixing Slowly place the toilet in the installation position, align the crosshair on the sewage outlet with the center of the sewage outlet, and gently press down on the main body of the toilet to ensure that the distance between the four sides and the wall is even (usually leaving a gap of 15-20 millimeters). If the toilet is equipped with fixing screws, use a screwdriver to screw the screws into the pre-embedded holes in the floor to further secure the toilet and prevent it from shifting during use.

VI. Function Testing

  1. Flush Test: After connecting the water inlet pipe, press the flush button multiple times to check whether the water flow is smooth and the flushing force is sufficient, and observe whether there is any water leakage at the sewage outlet.
  2. Sealing Inspection: After flushing, let it stand for 10 minutes and observe whether there is any water seepage at the connection between the bottom of the toilet and the floor and at the water inlet joint. If water leakage is found, reseal it.
  3. Accessory Adjustment: Check whether the toilet lid opens and closes flexibly and whether the lid is stable to ensure user comfort.
