Mobile Toilet Assembly

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The assembly of a mobile toilet can refer to the installation process of a mobile toilet bowl, generally following the steps below:

Step 1: Unpack and Check Components
Upon receiving the package, immediately unpack it and verify that the component list is complete. Taking the elevated model 738 mobile toilet bowl as an example, ensure that it includes 4 elephant legs (support structures), 2 handrails, 4 anti-slip pads, 1 soft-close mechanism, and other core components. If any components are missing or damaged, promptly contact the supplier for replacements to avoid interruptions during subsequent assembly. This step is fundamental to ensuring smooth assembly, with particular attention to checking for the presence of small parts such as screws and clips to prevent structural instability due to omissions.

Step 2: Install Bottom Anti-Slip Structure
Insert the silicone anti-slip pads into the four-corner recesses at the bottom. For the elevated model 738, keep the 4 anti-slip pads separate from the 4 elephant legs initially to avoid confusion. Ensure that the anti-slip pads are fully flush with the bottom without any lifting or misalignment to enhance the stability of the mobile toilet during use. If the bottom is designed with drainage holes or ventilation openings, simultaneously check that they are not obstructed by the anti-slip pads to ensure normal functionality.

Step 3: Assemble Support Structures
Using the elevated model 738 as an example, combine the elephant legs with the anti-slip pads to form support units. The specific operation is as follows: pick up a single elephant leg, align the anti-slip pad with the bottom slot, and press firmly until it is fully secured. Repeat this step to complete the assembly of the 4 support units, maintaining even pressure throughout to prevent overall tilting due to local looseness. For mobile toilets of other models, it may be necessary to directly screw the support legs into the bottom threaded interfaces, adjusting the torque according to the instructions.

Step 4: Connect Upper and Lower Toilet Bodies
Align the clips or threaded interfaces of the upper and lower toilet bodies and press down or rotate until fully engaged. Some models may require reinforcement with screws, in which case use the provided tools to tighten them, but avoid excessive force that could cause plastic parts to crack. For the elevated model 738, this step should be performed after the support structures are installed to ensure that the upper and lower toilet bodies are vertically aligned with the support legs, preventing wobbling during use due to misalignment.

Step 5: Install Additional Functional Components
Depending on the model, components such as handrails and soft-close mechanisms may need to be installed. Taking the soft-close mechanism as an example, secure it at the connection between the toilet lid and the body using screws or clips to ensure that the toilet lid closes slowly, reducing noise and extending service life. When installing handrails, pay attention to height adjustment to ensure comfortable gripping for users, typically adjusting to the appropriate position through a rotating or sliding mechanism and then locking it in place.

Step 6: Functional Testing and Adjustment
After assembly, conduct a comprehensive test: check that the toilet lid opens and closes smoothly, the soft-close mechanism is effective, the anti-slip pads are secure, and the support legs are level. If tilting is detected, it can be corrected by adjusting the height of individual support legs or reinstalling the anti-slip pads. For models with a water tank, test the flushing function to ensure normal water flow and no leaks. Once testing is satisfactory, the mobile toilet is ready for use.
