Mobile Toilet Aroma Plaster Making Method

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile toilet aroma plaster can be made by referring to the general aroma plaster making method. The specific steps are as follows:

Prepare materials

You need to prepare aroma plaster powder (domestic or imported), distilled water, natural plant essential oils or fragrances, acrylic paint (optional), anhydrous ethanol (for cleaning molds, not essential), silicone molds, disposable droppers, disposable paper cups, stirring rods (or disposable chopsticks), an electronic scale, and a sponge sanding block.

Measure and mix the plaster powder

According to the size of the plaster mold, use an electronic scale and a disposable paper cup to accurately measure the required amount of plaster powder. Gradually add distilled water to the plaster powder and stir thoroughly until the mixture is uniform. Usually, the ratio of water to plaster powder ranges from 30 grams to 35 grams of water for every 100 grams of plaster powder. The ratio may vary slightly for different brands of plaster powder, so you can consult the seller for the accurate ratio when purchasing. You can also use an electronic scale to weigh 35 grams of clean water in a silicone cup, use a syringe to ensure accuracy, and then add 100 grams of special aroma plaster powder. Stir the powder and water with a stirring rod until they form a uniform liquid. Stir in one direction at a constant speed, not too fast. While stirring, you can squeeze the silicone cup to help the bubbles escape. You can also first pour about 35 grams of water (tap water or mineral water is fine), try to measure it accurately, and then pour in 100 grams of plaster powder. Add the water first and then the powder, stir with a stirring rod, add 3 - 5 drops of defoamer, and continue to stir gently. The stirring and mold-pouring time should be controlled within two to three minutes and should not exceed five minutes.

Pour into the mold and solidify

If coloring is required, gradually add acrylic paint to the plaster liquid and stir continuously until the color is evenly blended. It is advisable to add the paint in small amounts multiple times. You can also adjust the color in the water in advance and then add the powder. Slowly pour the well-stirred paint and plaster liquid mixture into the mold. To prevent the surface of the plaster from being affected by bubbles and becoming unsightly, you can lightly spray anhydrous ethanol on the surface of the mold before pouring. You can also use a brush dipped in plaster liquid to coat all the details on the surface of the silicone mold, and then pour the plaster liquid into the mold. Do not fill it up at once. Depending on the size of the mold, choose to pour it in 2 - 3 times. Vibrate and squeeze the mold each time to let the bubbles escape. After filling it up, also vibrate the mold to help the bubbles escape. Patiently wait for the plaster liquid to solidify completely. Generally, let it stand for 40 minutes, and the plaster should wait at least 40 minutes before demolding.

Demold and sand

After the plaster is completely solidified, proceed with demolding. First, gently pry open the edges of the mold with your hands to separate the white aroma plaster blank from the mold initially. Then, slowly push the blank out from the bottom of the mold with your hands. Soak the demolded plaster in clean water for 10 to 20 seconds to make the water-absorbed plaster show a more glossy and textured appearance. Use a sponge sanding block to carefully sand the edges and corners of the plaster until they are smooth. Then, let the plaster dry naturally to remove excess moisture.

Install and touch up

Drop a few drops of natural plant essential oils or fragrances on the surface of the plaster to add a unique aroma to the aroma plaster. You can also spray some of your favorite perfumes to meet the fragrance requirements. You can also spray the essential oils or perfumes on the back of the white blank and let them soak in for 1 hour.
