Mobile Toilet Anti-Slip Plate

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilet anti-slip plates are floor materials specifically designed for humid environments. They increase the friction coefficient through special materials and surface processes, reducing the risk of slipping. Common materials include rubber, plastic, and metal. When selecting, attention should be paid to the anti-slip grade, corrosion resistance, drainage performance, and installation method.

Common Materials and Characteristics

  1. Rubber Anti-Slip Plates: Made from natural rubber or synthetic rubber (such as EPDM, NBR), they offer excellent elasticity and shock absorption, effectively cushioning impacts and providing a comfortable foot feel. Their anti-slip performance depends on the material's friction coefficient and surface texture, making them suitable for home bathrooms, gyms, poolsides, and mobile toilets.
  2. Plastic Anti-Slip Plates: Primarily manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), or polypropylene (PP), they are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, cost-effective, and easy to cut and install. Their surfaces feature complex anti-slip textures formed by molds, making them ideal for public restrooms, temporary venues, and mobile toilets.
  3. Metal Anti-Slip Plates: Typically stamped from aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or hot-dip galvanized steel plates (such as Q235 material), they have raised anti-slip patterns (e.g., fish scale, diamond) and offer high strength, wear resistance, and load-bearing capacity. They are suitable for heavy-duty, high-traffic areas (e.g., industrial restrooms, subway platforms) and specific areas of mobile toilets.

Selection Tips

  1. Anti-Slip Grade: According to the European standard DIN 51130, anti-slip grades range from R9 to R13 (with R13 being the highest). For dry areas in restrooms, R10 or above is recommended, while wet areas require R11 or above to ensure safety.
  2. Corrosion Resistance: Consider the corrosion caused by cleaning agents (e.g., bleach, acidic cleaners). Metal plates should be hot-dip galvanized (with a zinc layer thickness of ≥85μm) or made of stainless steel (304/316 material) to extend their service life.
  3. Drainage Performance: Choose models with drainage holes or deep grooves to prevent water accumulation and slipping, especially in humid environments like mobile toilets.
  4. Installation Method: Common methods include adhesive bonding, snap-fit connections, and screw fixation. For mobile toilets, priority should be given to portability and ease of installation, such as snap-fit connections or lightweight designs.

By selecting the appropriate material and focusing on key parameters, mobile toilet anti-slip plates can achieve optimal anti-slip performance in humid environments while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
