Mobile Toilet Anti-Freezing Control System

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

The mobile toilet anti-freezing control system achieves anti-freezing functionality through three core modules: intelligent pipe heating, intelligent temperature-controlled ventilation, and intelligent control, ensuring stable operation of the equipment in low-temperature environments.

I. Intelligent Pipe Heating System
This system is the core of anti-freezing, achieving precise temperature control through the collaborative work of self-regulating heating cables and temperature sensors. The drainage pipes are wrapped with self-regulating heating cables with a power of 8W/M, and an intelligent temperature control box is used to monitor the temperature in real-time. When the sensor detects that the pipe temperature is below 5℃, the system automatically starts heating; when the temperature rises to 15℃, it stops, ensuring a balance between energy consumption and anti-freezing effect. The squat toilet trap adopts dual protection: direct heating by an 8W/M heating cable, and filling with expanded perlite for insulation to reduce heat loss. The power supply system is equipped with a current over-limit alarm device. If the current in the heating cable is abnormal (such as a short circuit or overload), it will automatically cut off the power and trigger an alarm to avoid safety hazards. In addition, all pipelines are wrapped with an outer insulation layer not less than 50mm thick, combined with an aluminum foil heat conduction layer to optimize heat transfer efficiency. Experimental data shows that at -15℃, a total power of 75W can maintain the pipe surface temperature at not less than 5℃, effectively preventing icing.

II. Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Ventilation Design
The ventilation system achieves dynamic adjustment through temperature sensors. The exhaust fan has a built-in temperature monitoring module. When the ambient temperature is below the set threshold (such as 0℃), the system automatically reduces the exhaust fan speed or shuts down the ventilation function, reducing the entry of cold air into the toilet interior and avoiding accelerated heat loss in the pipes due to air convection. This design not only meets the air circulation needs inside the toilet but also reduces the energy consumption burden of the anti-freezing system.

III. Integrated Intelligent Control System
The system adopts an integrated design, integrating functions such as temperature sensing, power adjustment, and fault alarming into a unified control platform. Through 24-hour real-time monitoring of pipe temperature, heating cable working status, and ventilation system operating parameters, it achieves unmanned automated management. For example, when the pipe temperature in a certain area continues to be below the safety value, the system will prioritize increasing the heating power in that area; if an electric heating system fault is detected (such as a temperature sensor failure or heating cable break), it will immediately cut off the power and upload alarm information to the management terminal for quick repair. In addition, the system supports remote data transmission, allowing managers to view the equipment operating status in real-time through mobile phones or computers, further improving maintenance efficiency.
