Mobile Toilet Acceptance Record

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile toilet acceptance record should cover various aspects such as procurement information, installation status, functional verification, quality inspection, and rectification and handover.

I. Verification of Procurement Information During acceptance, it is necessary to confirm whether the purchaser, supplier, project name, and content are consistent with the contract. For example, the mobile environmental protection public toilets procured by the Xixia County Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Center are provided by Henan Xujia Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The project includes three toilets with the specification of '2 squatting positions + 1 management room + 1 third restroom' and dimensions of 650022003000. During acceptance, the quantity, model, and dimensions should be checked item by item to ensure no deviations.

II. Installation and Self-Inspection Status It is required to check whether the installation is completed and self-inspection is qualified. For example, after the installation of mobile toilets in a park, the construction unit needs to submit approval and inspection forms along with quality inspection materials to prove that the installation process complies with the specifications. Acceptance personnel should verify the completeness of the materials and confirm whether the installation location and fixing method meet the design requirements.

III. On-Site Functional Verification Key usage nodes need to be tested one by one:

  1. Water Supply and Drainage: Check whether the flushing equipment, water tank level, and drainage pipes are unobstructed and free of leakage;
  2. Ventilation: Verify the effectiveness of the exhaust fan or natural ventilation openings to ensure no accumulation of odors;
  3. Lighting: Test the brightness of the lamps and the sensitivity of the switches to ensure safety during nighttime use;
  4. Door Locks and Cleaning: Confirm that the door locks open and close smoothly and that cleaning tools (such as brooms and disinfectants) are fully equipped. Acceptance should involve simulating operations according to the six categories of actions: 'entry, use, cleaning, replenishment, maintenance, and relocation'. Record the number, door and window status, cleanliness of the sanitary ware, floor slip resistance, and clarity of the signs of each toilet, and retain the original records.

IV. Special Quality Inspection Barrier-free facilities need to be the focus of acceptance:

  1. Main Control Items: For example, the supporting force of the safety grab bars should be ≥500N, the turning space for wheelchairs should have a diameter of ≥1.5 meters, and the emergency call system should respond promptly;
  2. General Items: Check the installation height of the sanitary ware, the slope of the floor (to prevent water accumulation), and the standardization of the identification symbols. The construction unit needs to provide inspection and evaluation records, and the supervision unit should review and sign the acceptance opinions after verification.

V. Rectification and Handover If problems are found (such as poor sealing of doors and windows or damage to sanitary ware), they should be recorded and rectification should be required within a specified time limit. Handover can only be carried out after re-inspection and qualification. The handover content should include keys, a spare parts list, an operation manual, and a daily inspection form to ensure clear subsequent management responsibilities.

Through systematic acceptance, the mobile toilets can be guaranteed to have complete functions and reliable quality to meet public usage requirements.
