Mobile Toilet Acceptance Content

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The acceptance content for mobile toilets covers aspects such as operational procedures, structural safety, internal equipment, water supply and drainage systems, electrical systems, environmental protection systems, and sanitary conditions. Different types of toilets also have specific acceptance criteria.

Acceptance by Operational Procedures: Acceptance must be completed according to six categories of actions: entry, use, cleaning, replenishment, maintenance, and relocation. Record the number, dimensions, doors and windows, sanitary fixtures, flooring, signage, and accompanying items for each toilet individually, and associate photos, readings, and drawings with the same number.

Structural Safety Inspection: Check whether the overall structure of the public toilet is stable and free from issues such as tilting, cracks, or deformation. Conduct visual inspections and use tools such as spirit levels and rangefinders to check the structural stability and verticality of the public toilet; use pressure testing equipment to assess the load-bearing capacity of the toilet floor.

Internal Equipment Inspection: Check the integrity and operational status of equipment such as toilets, urinals, and sinks. Visually inspect the equipment for damage or cracks; perform operational checks to ensure that the drainage functions of each piece of equipment are unobstructed.

Water Supply and Drainage System Inspection: Check the water supply pressure of the water supply system and the drainage capacity of the drainage system to ensure there are no leaks or blockages. Use a water pressure gauge to test whether the pressure in the water supply pipes is within the normal range; conduct actual water discharge tests to check the smoothness of the drainage pipes and identify any blockages.

Electrical System Inspection: Check the safety and functionality of the electrical system, including lighting, ventilation, and heating devices. Use a voltmeter and ammeter to test the operating voltage and current of electrical equipment to ensure they are within safe limits; perform operational checks on the working status of each piece of electrical equipment, such as whether the lighting is normal and the ventilation is effective.

Environmental Protection System Inspection: Check the operational status of water-saving devices and deodorization devices to ensure environmental protection effectiveness. Test the water-saving effect of water-saving devices through actual water consumption measurements; use an odor detector to assess the working effectiveness of deodorization devices and check for any odors.

Sanitary Condition Inspection: Check the overall sanitary condition of the mobile public toilet, including whether the floor, walls, and equipment surfaces are clean. Visually inspect the interior of the public toilet for obvious stains or garbage; use bacterial culture dishes for sampling, conduct bacterial culture and analysis to assess sanitary conditions.

Specific Acceptance Criteria for Different Types of Toilets: For ecological toilets, the floor must be clean and tidy, free of garbage and liquid accumulation, and kept dry without waterlogging; the toilet troughs must be free of accumulations and regularly cleaned to prevent blockages; the wall surfaces must be free of stains and cobwebs, maintaining a clean appearance. For temporary simple toilets, the location must be reasonable to ensure easy access for users without obstructions blocking the passageways; the floor must be free of dirt and liquid accumulation, maintaining basic dryness; the interior of the toilet must be free of cobwebs.
