Mobile Toilet

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilets can be classified into various types based on usage scenarios, functions, structures, and sewage disposal methods, as detailed below:

1. Classification by Structure and Usage Scenarios

  1. Trailer-mounted Mobile Toilets
These are transported by vehicles to designated locations and are equipped with water storage tanks, septic tanks, or can be directly connected to municipal sewage networks. They are suitable for construction sites, large events, fixed tourist attractions, and other scenarios, requiring prior planning for parking locations and sewage disposal methods.

  2. Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilets
Directly installed on the chassis of trucks or trailers, these toilets offer high mobility and can be rapidly deployed to dynamic demand scenarios such as marathon tracks and temporary gatherings. Some "pull-arm" designs allow for quick replacement and cleaning of the toilet units using specialized vehicles.

  3. Single-unit Mobile Toilets (Simple Type)
Made of fiberglass or plastic, these toilets are cost-effective and lightweight, containing only a toilet bowl and a sewage storage tank inside. They require regular cleaning using fecal suction trucks and are widely used in cost-sensitive scenarios such as streets, parks, and small construction sites.

  4. Luxury/Smart Mobile Toilets
These toilets feature high-quality materials and advanced facilities such as air conditioning, music, baby care stations, and dedicated spaces for the disabled. They are also equipped with environmentally friendly technologies like microbial degradation and recycled water flushing. They are commonly used in high-end tourist attractions, city image windows, or VIP receptions, balancing comfort and environmental protection.

2. Classification by Sewage Disposal Methods

  1. Water-flush Type
Similar to household toilets, these rely on a water source for flushing, with sewage discharged into storage tanks or sewage networks. They offer a good user experience but require a water connection or water tank, suitable for scenarios with water supply.

  2. Dry/Packaging Type
These use biodegradable plastic bags to automatically package excrement, requiring no water and producing no odor. They are easy to clean but have higher consumable costs, suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary events.

  3. Recycled Water Flush Type
Through biochemical treatment and disinfection technologies, sewage is purified and recycled for flushing, saving water and being environmentally friendly. However, the technology is complex and costly, mostly used in high-end or strictly environmentally regulated scenarios.

  4. Microbial Degradation Type
Microbial strains are added to the sewage storage tank to decompose excrement into water and carbon dioxide, with minimal residue and long cleaning intervals. However, maintaining a suitable environment for the microbial strains (such as temperature and humidity) is necessary.

  5. Foam Sealing Type
Special foam is used to cover excrement, achieving odor control and water conservation, with high visual cleanliness. They are suitable for scenarios with high hygiene and water conservation requirements.

3. Other Features

Mobile toilets offer advantages such as small footprint, easy installation, and portability for disassembly and relocation. Their walls are made of reinforced sanitary-grade EPS panels, with large-capacity sewage storage tanks and minimal odor. Some models integrate automated functions (such as coin-operated door opening, automatic flushing), emergency call devices, solar power supply, or air conditioning systems to meet diverse needs.
