Mobile Toilet
A mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides temporary toilet services to the public. It has characteristics such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation. The environmentally friendly type also features water conservation and resource recycling functions.

Structure and Classification
A mobile toilet consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal unit), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile unit. There are various classification methods:
- By structural form: It is divided into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (multi-unit combinations).
- By mobility method: It includes lifting/handling types (requiring manual or mechanical handling) and powered/trailer types (capable of self-movement or being towed by a vehicle).
- By sewage treatment method:
- Flush type: Requires connection to water supply and drainage pipes, using water flow to flush away waste.
- Waterless suction type: Uses a vacuum pump to suck feces into a storage tank for regular cleaning.
- Recirculating flush type: Achieves water resource recycling through filtration and disinfection technologies.
- Dry packing type: Uses biodegradable bags to collect feces, requiring no water source, suitable for water-scarce environments.
Technical Features of Environmentally Friendly Mobile Toilets
Environmentally friendly mobile toilets employ water conservation and resource recycling technologies, covering waterless flush, foam sealing, and flush options:
- Waterless flush type: Does not require water supply and drainage pipes, treating feces through biological degradation or physical sealing, such as using sawdust or coconut coir as coverings to reduce odors.
- Foam sealing type: Uses a foaming agent mixed with a small amount of water to form foam covering the toilet, blocking odors and reducing flush water volume.
- Flush-type environmentally friendly solution: Requires a water source but reduces water consumption through technologies such as rainwater collection and filtration systems and secondary toilet flushing with hand-washing water.
Some products are equipped with intelligent systems, such as PLC data acquisition, LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting mobile app control of lighting and flushing to enhance management efficiency.
Application Scenarios and Advantages
Mobile toilets are suitable for temporary venues (such as entertainment events, sports competitions, conferences, and exhibitions) and outdoor settings (such as tourist attractions, campsites, and construction sites). Their core advantages include:
- Flexibility: They can be quickly deployed to areas where fixed public toilets are difficult to cover, making up for deficiencies in quantity and layout.
- Environmental friendliness: Water-saving technologies reduce water consumption, and dry packing or biological degradation solutions lower pollution.
- Adaptability: They operate within a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C and require a 220V voltage, meeting the needs of most environments.
- Durability: The frame is welded from steel (bottom channel steel/I-beams, upright square steel), and wall materials include color-coated steel plates and metal carved panels, ensuring structural stability and ease of lifting and moving.
