Mobile Tire Toilet
Mobile tire toilets generally refer to trailer-mounted portable toilets, which are portable sanitation facilities suitable for temporary scenarios.

I. Core Design Features
The core of mobile tire toilets is "mobility." They are equipped with a sturdy trailer chassis or a pulley system at the bottom and come with automobile tires (some models use solid tires). A single person can easily tow them, or they can be towed by an ordinary vehicle for relocation. Their structural materials are mostly high-strength, corrosion-resistant fiberglass or composite materials, ensuring both convenient transportation and excellent sealing to prevent sewage leakage. The layout design is flexible, allowing for position adjustments according to site requirements. Additionally, reinforced structures ensure stability during use, making them particularly suitable for complex terrains such as muddy or rugged areas.
II. Functional Configuration and Sanitation Guarantees
The internal configuration covers basic sanitation needs and user-friendly designs:
- Basic Facilities: Standard configurations include squat toilets or sit toilets, sinks, and ventilation windows. Some high-end models are equipped with barrier-free facilities (such as handrails and low-position sinks) to meet the needs of different groups of people.
- Sanitation Closed-Loop System: Excrement is collected in a sealed sewage storage tank, and chemical degradation agents are used to decompose organic matter and suppress odors. A forced ventilation system accelerates air circulation, reducing internal humidity. Professional teams regularly clean the sewage storage tank and replenish the treatment agents, forming a closed-loop cleaning model of "use-treatment-maintenance."
III. Typical Application Scenarios and Selection Principles
- Scenario Adaptation: They are widely used in large-scale events (such as music festivals and sports competitions), temporary construction sites, tourist attractions, and other short-term or densely populated areas. For example, for events with more than 200 people, it is recommended to configure one toilet unit for every 50 people to avoid queuing congestion.
- Environmental Selection: Choose equipment types according to site conditions. For muddy sites, anti-skid tire models should be selected. For strong wind or high-frequency relocation scenarios, solid tire designs (such as 8-meter mobile toilet base flatbed trailers) are recommended to enhance shock resistance and stability. For long-term fixed use, the mobile structure can be simplified, and emphasis can be placed on upgrading internal facilities.
IV. Technical Advantages and Limitations
The advantages lie in rapid deployment, controllable costs, and relatively strong environmental protection (chemical treatment reduces sewage discharge). The limitations include the need for regular maintenance, a possible decrease in ventilation efficiency under extreme weather conditions, and the limitation of single-use duration by the capacity of the sewage storage tank. Overall, their design balances portability and functionality, making them an efficient solution for temporary sanitation facilities.
