Mobile Temporary Toilet Installation
Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026
The installation of mobile temporary toilets should follow standardized procedures, covering pre-installation preparations, on-site installation, acceptance and delivery, and precautions, as detailed below:

Pre-Installation Preparations
- Site Survey and Planning: Confirm the installation location in advance, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage power lines, and obstacles. Ensure the ground is level and solid. Measure the site dimensions to ensure the toilet access passage width is ≥1.2 meters, and reserve sufficient operating space, generally recommended to be more than 1.5 meters from the edge of the foundation pit.
- Material Inventory and Inspection: Upon arrival, verify the quantity, model, and accessories of the mobile toilets, such as sinks and flushing devices. Check that the equipment is undamaged externally and that internal facilities are intact.
- Tool and Personnel Preparation: Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels. Arrange 2-3 professional installers and coordinate the use of lifting equipment like cranes or forklifts for transportation if necessary.
- Foundation Preparation: Clear debris from the ground according to the toilet type and lay a gravel or concrete foundation to ensure the load-bearing capacity meets requirements, typically ≥200kg/㎡ for single-person toilets.
On-Site Installation Steps
- Foundation Fixing: Lift the toilet body to the designated position and adjust it to be level using a spirit level, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm. Then, secure the equipment with expansion bolts or counterweights.
- Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging: Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% and sealed joints. Connect the water supply and test the flushing function and drainage sealability.
- Detail Installation and Inspection: Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats. Check that door locks and flush buttons operate smoothly. Clean and disinfect the interior, place consumables, and inspect the exterior for box sealability.
Post-Installation Acceptance and Delivery
- Function Test Checklist: Press the flush button three times consecutively to ensure smooth drainage without blockages. Evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability.
- Delivery Document Confirmation: Provide the customer with an 'Equipment Installation Acceptance Form', indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions.
Precautions and Safety Regulations
Installation Safety Requirements: Wear safety harnesses for high-altitude work. Installation is prohibited in windy weather (≥Level 5) and keep away from fire sources. Construction Site Management: Designate areas and set up warning signs. Provide lighting for night work. Usage and Maintenance: Arrange for daily cleaning by a dedicated person and monthly equipment inspections. Set up clear signs around the toilets and ensure electrical safety.
