Mobile Smart Toilet Design

Admin 01 de octubre de 2026

Mobile smart toilet design encompasses several key aspects, including structural design, functional configuration, environmental protection technology, modularity, and intelligent system integration.

Structural Design and Material Selection: The main frame is made of metal materials, such as iron sheet profiles, providing a sturdy structural support. The exterior is covered with color-coated steel plate trim, which is rust-resistant and easy to clean. The internal interlayer is filled with foam material, serving as thermal insulation to adapt to environments with significant temperature differences outdoors. The top and bottom adopt a separated design, facilitating transportation to remote areas. Simple tools are sufficient for on-site assembly and splicing.

Functional Configuration and Humanized Details: The internal space design balances practicality and compactness. Standard plastic windows are included to ensure privacy while introducing natural light, reducing a sense of confinement inside. Metal locks provide basic security protection, and color-coated steel trim prevents sharp edges from being exposed, reducing usage risks. Some designs also incorporate intelligent systems, such as automatic lighting, touchless soap dispensers, touchless handwashing, and other intelligent hardware devices, enhancing the user experience.

Environmental Protection and Water-Saving Technologies: Mobile smart toilets often employ environmental protection technologies to achieve water conservation and resource recycling. The waterless flushing option can operate without connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, while the water flushing option requires connection to such pipes and utilizes technologies like rainwater collection and filtration systems, as well as secondary toilet flushing with handwashing water, to achieve water-saving functions.

Modularity and Portability: Through modular design, the functions of traditional fixed restrooms are integrated into a detachable and easily transportable structure, supporting rapid installation and adaptability to different environments. This design allows the toilet to dynamically adjust its layout based on foot traffic, meeting the needs of various scenarios, especially those lacking fixed infrastructure.

Intelligent System Integration: Some mobile smart toilets are equipped with intelligent systems, such as bottom-level PLC data acquisition systems, LED stall monitors, and remote monitoring modules, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via a mobile app, enhancing management efficiency.
