Mobile Smart Toilet Customization Solution

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The mobile smart toilet customization solution allows for selection from standard and customized plans based on different needs and budgets, and incorporates design considerations for materials, functions, and layout.

The standard plan is divided into three versions: Basic, Intermediate, and Premium. The Basic version provides fundamental toilet stall monitoring and pedestrian traffic counting. Data is collected using people counters and laser human presence sensors, transmitted via wireless IoT to an industrial control host, processed, and displayed on a large screen, while also supporting cloud platform synchronization and mobile interaction. The Intermediate version adds environmental monitoring, safety protection, and energy consumption monitoring functions to the Basic version. It is equipped with an environmental detection unit, emergency call buttons, smoke sensors, and other devices to monitor air quality, temperature, and humidity in real-time, ensuring safety and tracking water and electricity consumption. The Premium version further includes water and electricity usage monitoring, intelligent device linkage, and satisfaction evaluation functions. It enables refined management through remote water and electricity meters, controls devices such as ion deodorizers in response to environmental data, and collects user feedback via satisfaction evaluation machines to improve service quality.

The Customized version allows for flexible selection and combination of functions and products from the standard plans based on customer budget and actual public toilet needs, creating a tailored solution. In terms of material selection, for the cabinet body, galvanized steel offers good rust resistance, suitable for humid areas like coastal regions; aluminum alloy is lighter, ideal for frequently relocated settings. The interior panels use antibacterial composite materials for easy cleaning and reduced odor retention. The roof structure features a sloped design to prevent water accumulation, with a double-layer insulation layer to handle extreme weather. Functionally, it includes a water-saving system with sensor-activated flushing devices that reduce water usage by 60%; ventilation is achieved through a top exhaust fan and bottom air intake for air circulation. For special needs, mother-and-child rooms are equipped with folding tables, accessible toilets require a 1.5-meter turning space, and built-in SOS call buttons connect to management terminals. In terms of spatial layout, the recommended standard stall size is 0.9×1.2 meters, balancing comfort and land utilization; a centralized handwashing area saves on plumbing costs but requires consideration of peak-hour queuing; the septic tank should be located near main roads for easy access by collection trucks; and nighttime reflective signs should be installed at a height of 1.2 - 1.5 meters for visibility.
