Mobile Smart Toilet

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile smart toilet is an innovative public facility that integrates convenience, environmental protection, and intelligence, featuring multiple types and characteristics.

Type 1: Trailer-mounted Mobile Environmental Smart Public Toilet

This type prioritizes flexibility, featuring a trailer-mounted design that allows for easy movement anywhere. It is 2 meters wide and equipped with a towing structure at the bottom for vehicle traction. Its core environmental technology is a microbial degradation system, with each toilet stall featuring a foaming design that reduces odors and wastewater through foam coverage. Additionally, the toilet is divided into a management room and an equipment room for centralized management and maintenance, making it suitable for temporary events, construction sites, and other scenarios.

Type 2: Smart Public Toilet with Built-in Waste Collection Tank

This type of toilet has a U-shaped apple pod structure with an exterior wall made of fluorocarbon-painted aluminum panels, offering both durability and aesthetics. Its intelligent features include an occupancy/vacancy sensing system that automatically triggers soap dispensing and handwashing functions, along with an intelligent lighting system that adjusts brightness based on ambient light. The waste collection tank design allows for centralized storage of waste, facilitating regular cleaning, and is suitable for scenic spots, parks, and other locations with high hygiene requirements.

Type 3: Polyimide Composite Panel Prefabricated Mobile Smart Toilet

Project Design: Specifically designed for modern ecological needs, this toilet combines polyimide composite panels with eco-friendly aluminum panels. A standard single toilet measures 8.9 meters in length, 3.7 meters in width, and 3.3 meters in height, covering an area of approximately 33 square meters and weighing less than 8 tons, which is over 50% lighter than traditional metal toilets. Its modular design supports rapid transportation and installation, and it can be reused, making it suitable for scenic spots, rural areas, temporary events, and other scenarios.

Core Material Performance: Polyimide composite panels are hailed as the most promising engineering material of the 21st century, featuring extreme temperature resistance (-269°C to 600°C), UV resistance, acid-base and salt spray resistance, and fire, water, and moisture resistance. Its density is only one-fourth that of steel, yet its strength far exceeds traditional building materials. When combined with eco-friendly aluminum panels, it offers excellent weathering resistance, with a service life of up to 30 years in outdoor environments.

Technical Advantages: The fully enclosed structure prevents leakage, keeping the interior dry; the intelligent system integrates air purification functions, using high-efficiency plasma deodorization and a fresh air system (with six air changes per hour) to ensure fresh air. Its ultra-lightweight design reduces transportation and lifting costs, making it adaptable to harsh environmental conditions.
