Simple Mobile Single Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The simple form of a mobile single toilet generally refers to a facility with a simple structure, easy mobility, and the ability to meet basic toilet needs. It can be divided into two categories: handmade DIY and ready-made products, with its core components simplified according to the degree of simplicity.

I. Common Types of Simple Mobile Single Toilets

  1. Handmade DIY Type
These toilets are often made by modifying common materials such as water storage barrels and plastic buckets. For example, a hole is drilled at the bottom of a water storage barrel to install a toilet seat, and a water tank is connected at the top for flushing. A simple enclosure (such as canvas or wooden boards) is then added to form a closed space. The advantages include low cost and easy access to materials, but it requires self-design of drainage and sealing structures, and there may be issues such as odor leakage or insufficient stability.

  2. Ready-made Simple Mobile Toilets
There are ready-made products on the market specifically designed for temporary needs, such as independent single-stall toilets with grille walls. These toilets are usually constructed using lightweight materials (such as plastic or metal frames), with walls made of perforated grilles or semi-transparent materials to ensure ventilation while maintaining privacy. Some models integrate shower functions and achieve multi-purpose use by dividing the area, suitable for construction sites, camping, and other scenarios. Their characteristics include being unisex, quick to install, but potentially having weaker privacy than fully enclosed toilets.

II. Core Components of Simple Mobile Toilets

  1. Basic Structure
This includes flooring (non-slip plastic or metal grids), walls (canvas, plastic panels, or grilles), and a roof (waterproof canvas or lightweight panels) to ensure safety and basic privacy during use.

  2. Sanitation and Waste Storage Devices
Simple versions may omit complex water treatment systems and directly use fecal and sewage storage tanks (such as plastic buckets) to collect waste, requiring regular cleaning. Some ready-made products are equipped with small septic tanks or biodegradation devices to reduce the frequency of cleaning.

  3. Mobility Devices
Wheels or detachable brackets are installed at the bottom for easy manual handling or mechanical lifting, adapting to different terrain requirements.

III. Differences Between Simple and Standard Mobile Toilets

Simple versions have simplified components, such as omitting grooming equipment, water tanks, or using manual flushing designs, and lighter decorative materials. However, their core functions (such as waste collection and basic privacy protection) must still be met to ensure user experience and hygiene standards.
