Mobile Shower Toilet Installation Guide

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The installation guide for mobile shower toilets can be divided into two scenarios: installing purchased finished products and self-made installations. Details are as follows:

Installation of Purchased Finished Mobile Toilets

  1. Preparation Stage
Ensure that the installation location meets conditions such as a flat ground, the ability to bear weight, and unobstructed sewage pipes. Select the appropriate model and configuration based on needs, such as packaged or microbial degradation sewage disposal methods. Prepare the necessary tools and materials for installation, such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
  2. Frame Assembly
Fix the base to the ground to ensure stability. Connect the right panel, left panel, and front wall panels in sequence, and tighten the screws to ensure the sealing and firmness of the joints between components. Then, install the upper slots to support the top components, and install ventilation louvers to enhance air circulation. Finally, cover the top to complete the construction of the entire structure.
  3. Detail Handling and Final Work
Clean and organize the interior and exterior of the toilet to remove debris and dust generated during installation. Check and tighten all bolts and nuts to prevent loosening and falling off, which could affect normal use or pose safety hazards. At the same time, implement daily maintenance measures, such as regularly checking whether the sewage pipes are blocked and whether the ventilation system is functioning properly.

Self-Made Mobile Shower Toilet Installation

  1. Bucket Body Modification
Cut the bucket body at the one-third mark and install wheel devices at the bottom for easy movement. Hammer several wooden strips into the bucket body to increase its height. Cut two slits as the door of the toilet. Fix two synthetic wooden boards on the iron sheet edges to make the door sturdy. Place iron sheets in the middle of the raised wooden strips, cover the top with a cut plastic bucket, and overlap a part at the iron sheet joints to prevent peeping.
  2. Door Making
Apply anti-corrosion paint on the wooden strips. Use the remaining wooden floorboards from your father-in-law to make the toilet door by overlapping them and screwing them in place. Install the hinges and test whether the door opens and closes smoothly.
  3. Drainage System Installation
Drill holes and install drainage holes. The size of the drainage holes should be appropriate to determine whether too much water will accumulate during showering. Take a large trash can for modification. Drill holes in the body and bottom of the can and install water pipe connectors to serve as a water storage tank for showering. Make a showerhead with PVC pipes and drill holes evenly with an electric drill to control the water flow. Use strong glue to connect the water pipes one by one. Connect a three-way joint to the main water pipe, with one part supplying water to the sink and the other part connected internally with a three-way joint, with one end for showering.
  4. Toilet Installation
After installing the toilet, fill the gap at the bottom with epoxy resin glue to ensure that the toilet is stable and corrosion-resistant.
