Mobile Restroom Sewerage
There are various treatment methods for the sewerage of mobile restrooms, mainly including water-flush and waterless suction types, as well as waterless sanitary restrooms. The following is a detailed introduction:

Water-flush and Waterless Suction Mobile Restrooms
These types of mobile restrooms are classified based on sewage treatment methods. Water-flush mobile restrooms use the scouring action of water flow to flush feces and other waste into storage tanks or disposal units. Their sewerage treatment is relatively traditional, similar to the water-flush systems in fixed restrooms. However, the water tanks in mobile restrooms have limited capacity and require regular water replenishment. Waterless suction mobile restrooms do not rely on water flushing. Instead, they use suction devices to extract waste from the toilet bowls and transfer it to fecal sewage storage tanks or disposal units. This method is suitable for places with scarce water resources or where it is inconvenient to connect to water supply and drainage systems.
Waterless Sanitary Restrooms
These restrooms can treat waste without traditional water flushing, using physical, biological, or chemical technologies to replace the water-flushing function. They are suitable for places without water supply and drainage facilities.
- Mechanical Packing Type: Special biodegradable plastic bags are used to wrap the toilet seats. After a user defecates, a mechanical device automatically tightens and seals the plastic bag, forming an independent waste bag. These sealed waste bags fall into a fecal storage tank and are regularly collected and disposed of by dedicated personnel, avoiding direct exposure of waste and odor emission.
- Microbial Degradation Type: A degradation chamber filled with microbial carriers is set up below the toilet seats. Microorganisms decompose organic matter through aerobic fermentation. During this process, microorganisms generate high temperatures that can effectively kill pathogens and achieve harmless waste treatment.
- Foam Sealing Type: An air pump mixes air with foaming liquid to form a layer of fine foam on the surface of the squat toilet. When feces fall in, they slide into the lower pipe. Each foaming operation consumes only about 0.1 liters of liquid, greatly saving water resources.
- Vacuum Suction Type: A vacuum pump creates a negative pressure environment in the pipes, instantly sucking waste into the main pipe and then transferring it to a treatment tank. This method can quickly and efficiently treat waste, and the pipes are less likely to be blocked.
- Chemical Agent Type: Chemical agents are added to the fecal storage tank to decompose feces through chemical reactions and inhibit odor and bacterial growth, maintaining a hygienic environment inside the mobile restroom.
