Mobile Restroom Installation
Admin 11 de octubre de 2026
The installation method for mobile restrooms should be selected based on the specific type, with common types and installation points as follows:

I. Basic Mobile Toilet (Dimensions: 1.1m in length and width, 2.3m in height)
This type of mobile toilet is typically equipped with facilities such as light bulb sockets, exhaust fans, air outlets, and flush tanks. During installation, special attention should be paid to the following steps:
- Component Inspection and Connection: Before installation, check that all accessories are complete, including light bulbs, exhaust fans, and flush tanks. Ensure that the wiring for sockets, exhaust fans, and air outlets is correctly connected to avoid short circuits or poor contact. The inlet pipe of the flush tank should be tightly connected to the water source interface to prevent leaks.
- Structural Assembly: If it is a split design, assemble the main frame, walls, and roof according to the instructions, ensuring that all components are firmly connected. Use specialized tools to secure screws during assembly to prevent loosening.
- Function Testing: After installation, test whether the light bulbs and exhaust fans are working properly by connecting to power. Also, check if the flushing function of the flush tank is smooth to ensure all facilities are operating normally.
II. Mobile Toilet (Standalone)
The installation of a mobile toilet is relatively simple and typically includes the following steps:
- Accessory Verification: After unpacking, verify that all accessories, including the toilet body, sealing ring, and fixing screws, are complete to avoid installation interruptions due to missing parts.
- Assembly and Fixing: Assemble the toilet base and tank according to the instructions. Some models require the installation of a sealing ring to prevent leaks. If fixing to the ground is necessary, use expansion screws to connect the toilet base to the ground for stability.
- Connecting the Sewage Pipe: Align the toilet's sewage outlet with the sewage pipe and secure it with a specialized rubber ring or sealant to prevent odor leakage. After installation, test if the sewage discharge is smooth.
III. Integrated Bathroom Mobile Restroom (Factory-Finished Product)
This type of product is pre-assembled at the factory and only requires connection to external interfaces for use upon arrival. Common dimensions are 1.2m x 1.5m, with installation points as follows:
- External Interface Connection: Connect the restroom's inlet pipe to the household water source interface, ensuring stable water pressure; align the sewage pipe with the sewer and secure it with sealant or specialized clamps to prevent leaks.
- Power Testing: After connecting to power, test whether internal lighting, exhaust fans, and other electrical appliances are working properly. Some models require batteries to drive the flushing system.
- Level Adjustment: If the ground is uneven, use shims to adjust the four corners of the restroom to ensure stability and prevent shaking, avoiding structural damage from long-term use.
