Mobile Public Toilet Facilities

Admin 19 de octubre de 2026

Mobile public toilet facilities mainly consist of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, mobile devices, etc. Some intelligent and environmentally friendly types are also equipped with fecal collection systems, handwashing sinks, smart magic mirrors, and breathing lights.

Basic Structural Components
The fecal sewage storage tank or treatment device is the core component, used for collecting or treating excreta. The storage tank is designed with a sealed structure to prevent odor leakage. Some high-end models are equipped with biodegradation or chemical treatment functions, which can reduce the volume of pollutants and lower the frequency of cleaning. The floor slab is made of slip-resistant and easy-to-clean materials, such as slip-resistant tiles or composite flooring, ensuring safety and ease of maintenance. Sanitary ware includes squat toilets or sit toilets, mostly made of stainless steel or ceramic, balancing durability and hygiene. Walls are usually constructed using lightweight and heat-insulating materials, such as color-coated steel plates or fiberglass-reinforced plastics, ensuring structural strength while improving heat insulation. Washing equipment includes handwashing sinks and faucets, with some models equipped with sensor-activated water dispensers to conserve water. Water tanks are divided into clean water tanks and sewage tanks. The clean water tank stores water for flushing, while the sewage tank collects used wastewater. The capacities of both need to be reasonably configured according to the usage scenario. The roof is made of waterproof materials, such as PVC membranes or metal sheets, and is designed with a slope to prevent water accumulation. Mobile devices include wheels, towing hooks, or hydraulic lifting systems, enabling the toilet to be quickly relocated to different locations, adapting to temporary events or emergency needs.

Intelligent and Environmentally Friendly Configurations
Compact and intelligent environmentally friendly mobile public toilets are upgraded from the basic structure. The internal fecal collection system reduces odor diffusion and water consumption through vacuum suction or packaging technology. The handwashing sink is integrated with a water-saving faucet, and some are equipped with hot water supply functions. The smart magic mirror can display the time, weather, or usage instructions, enhancing the user experience. The breathing light system automatically adjusts brightness according to ambient light, providing soft lighting at night and creating a comfortable atmosphere through color changes. Additionally, some models are equipped with air purification devices, deodorization systems, or solar power supply modules, further enhancing environmental protection and convenience.

Functional Adaptability
The combination of facilities in mobile public toilets needs to be adjusted according to the usage scenario. For example, intelligent types may be preferred in scenic spots or large event venues, emphasizing comfort and technological sophistication; while construction sites or disaster areas focus more on the durability and mobility of the basic structure. Regardless of the type, their design must comply with hygiene standards, ensuring the harmless treatment of excreta and preventing environmental pollution.
