Mobile Public Toilet Dimensions

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The dimensions of mobile public toilets vary depending on the type and usage scenario. Here are the common types and their dimension ranges:

Single-occupancy mobile toilets are a basic type, with lengths generally ranging from 1.1 to 1.5 meters, widths from 1 to 1.2 meters, and heights starting at 2.2 meters. Common single-unit mobile restrooms typically have lengths of 1.2 - 1.5 meters, widths of 1.0 - 1.2 meters, and heights of 2.2 - 2.5 meters. These dimensions make them suitable for construction sites, small events, and other locations where space is relatively limited. They can meet the basic needs of a single user and are easy to move and set up in different locations.

Double-occupancy mobile toilets are relatively larger, with lengths ranging from 2.4 - 3.0 meters (some sources mention lengths of up to 6.8 meters), widths of 1.2 - 1.5 meters, and heights of 2.2 - 2.5 meters. They are suitable for large events, tourist attractions, and other scenarios with high foot traffic and frequent usage. They can accommodate two users simultaneously, improving usage efficiency and reducing waiting times.

Multi-functional mobile toilets are even more spacious, with lengths ranging from 3.0 - 4.5 meters, widths of 2.0 - 2.5 meters, and heights of 2.5 - 3.0 meters. These types of mobile toilets are suitable for high-end events, long-term fixed locations, etc. In addition to basic toilet facilities, they may also be equipped with sinks, mirrors, and even barrier-free facilities to provide more comprehensive and comfortable services.

Prefabricated mobile restrooms come in sizes such as 2.5 meters by 6.5 meters, with internal partitions that can be divided into multiple areas. This design allows for flexible adjustments based on actual needs, meeting the requirements for functional zoning in different scenarios.

When designing mobile public toilets, there are also some key points to note. The width of toilet stalls should be no less than 0.9 meters to ensure users have sufficient space for movement. The recommended height for sinks is 0.8 - 0.9 meters, which is ergonomic and convenient for users. Additionally, the width of doors in barrier-free toilets should accommodate wheelchair access to ensure the convenience of disabled users.
