Interior Wall Materials for Mobile Prefab Toilets

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

Common interior wall materials for mobile prefab toilets include high-density PVC panels, stainless steel panels, compact laminate panels, phenolic resin panels, and polyester fiber panels. These materials are designed to meet the demands of high humidity, easy contamination, and frequent cleaning in toilet environments, featuring moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. Their specific properties are as follows:

High-density PVC panels are one of the commonly used materials for toilet interior walls. Their key advantages lie in their smooth surface and high density, making it difficult for stains to adhere. Simple rinsing during cleaning can restore cleanliness, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Additionally, PVC material itself has excellent waterproof properties, effectively blocking moisture penetration and preventing mold or deformation of the wall due to dampness, making it suitable for toilet spaces with long-term high humidity.

Stainless steel panels are renowned for the durability of metal materials. Their dense and smooth surface also offers the characteristic of being easily cleaned with a simple rinse. Stainless steel has extremely strong corrosion resistance and does not react chemically even when exposed to cleaning agents or disinfectants, resulting in a significantly longer service life compared to ordinary materials. Meanwhile, the high mechanical strength of metal materials can withstand minor impacts or scratches, making it suitable for public toilet scenarios with high foot traffic.

Compact laminate panels belong to reinforced composite materials, formed by high-temperature and high-pressure pressing of multiple layers of resin-impregnated paper. They possess extremely high moisture resistance. Their closed surface structure can completely isolate moisture, preventing peeling or cracking due to water absorption and expansion over long-term use. Additionally, compact laminate panels are stable against acid-base chemicals and do not deteriorate even when exposed to commonly used toilet disinfectants, making them an ideal choice for humid environments.

Phenolic resin panels are characterized by high strength and chemical stability. The benzene rings and hydroxymethyl groups in their molecular structure endow the material with excellent corrosion resistance, enabling it to resist erosion from urine, cleaning agents, and other chemicals. Meanwhile, the mechanical strength of phenolic resin is much higher than that of ordinary plastics, making it less prone to deformation due to external impacts and suitable as a structural support material for toilet walls.

Polyester fiber panels are composite materials formed by combining polyester fibers with resin through a special process, offering both flexibility and hardness. Their waterproof performance can reach IPX4 level or above, effectively blocking the penetration of splashing water; their moisture resistance is achieved through the micro-pore structure between fibers, allowing air circulation and preventing internal condensation. Additionally, polyester fibers have natural resistance to mold and insect damage, maintaining material integrity in toilet environments over the long term.
