Mobile Prefab Toilet Construction

There are various ways to construct mobile prefab toilets, some of which do not require complex civil engineering. Here are some common methods:

I. Bucket Modification Construction Method

1. Base Production: Select a wooden board as the base and install universal wheels for easy mobility. Place the cut bucket on the base and fix the bucket body with wooden strips to ensure stability.
2. Opening Treatment: Cut the bucket to create an entrance and exit. Wrap and fix the cut edges with wooden boards to prevent scratches. Extend and heighten the bucket body and install a bucket lid to form an enclosed space.
3. Function Installation: Connect the drainage pipe and install a floor drain on the main frame to ensure smooth drainage. Install a water pipe connector on the green bucket, use PVC pipes to splice and make a showerhead, and connect it properly to meet bathing needs.
4. Toilet Installation: Drill a hole in the middle of the base as the toilet drainage pipe, install the toilet and fix it to ensure safety during use.
5. Door Installation: Make a wooden door and install it on the door frame to complete the construction of the toilet main body.

II. Building Block Construction Method

1. Component Preparation: Prepare components such as columns and buckles, ensuring that all components are complete and of qualified quality.
2. Splicing and Fixing: According to the design drawings, splice and fix the columns with buckles to form the toilet frame. Each buckle must fit tightly to ensure structural stability.
3. No Civil Engineering Required: This method does not require digging a septic tank or carrying out complex civil engineering. The whole process is similar to building with building blocks, making it simple and quick to operate.
4. One-Step Completion: After completing the frame construction, directly install facilities such as toilets and washbasins to complete the toilet construction in one step.

III. Water Storage Tank Modification Construction Method

1. Base Production: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the拖板 (trailer board, here assumed to be a mobile base structure) for easy mobility. Place the water storage tank as the main body of the toilet.
