Mobile Paid Toilet Rental

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

When renting mobile paid toilets, it is essential to focus on five key details: deposit refunds, rental services, equipment models, usage duration, and contract terms, to avoid falling into hidden fee traps.

1. Clarify Deposit Refund Rules
Rentals typically require a deposit of 1-2 times the rental fee, but some merchants may deduct amounts under the guise of 'cleaning fees' or 'damage fees.' For example, if the toilet is not thoroughly cleaned or has minor stains, the entire deposit may be withheld. It is advisable to clarify deposit refund conditions before signing the contract, request a cleaning standards checklist from the merchant, and retain photos or videos of the equipment's condition upon delivery as evidence.

2. Inquire About Services Included in the Rental Fee
Low initial quotes may hide additional charges later. Confirm whether the rental fee includes basic services such as delivery, installation, daily cleaning, and water replacement. For instance, remote areas may incur extra delivery fees; cleaning fees may be charged per session (10-20 yuan per day); and whether consumables like toilet paper and hand soap are provided free of charge should also be clarified. Prioritize merchants offering 'all-inclusive' pricing and list service contents and fee caps in the contract.

3. Match Equipment Model to Your Needs
Rental fees vary significantly by model, and blindly choosing larger equipment may result in 'base equipment fees' or 'space wastage fees.' For example, single-person units are more economical for events with fewer than 50 people; outdoor operations should prioritize wheeled, easily movable models; and temporary exhibitions should confirm whether 'additional function fees' (such as heating or deodorization systems) apply. Select models based on actual attendance, site conditions, and functional requirements to avoid paying for unnecessary features.

4. Accurately Calculate Usage Duration
Rental durations are typically calculated by 'calendar days' or 'complete time slots,' which can lead to disputes. For example, picking up the equipment at 3 PM one day and returning it by 3 PM the next day counts as one day, but whether an hour's overtime is charged as half a day should be clarified; nighttime usage fees should also be agreed upon in advance. It is recommended to specify 'actual usage duration' in the contract and retain pick-up and return receipts to avoid verbal agreements.

5. Review Contract Addenda Carefully
Before signing, carefully examine hidden items such as 'equipment maintenance fees' and 'insurance fees.' Clarify whether minor scratches on the equipment upon return constitute damage and how responsibility is divided for equipment damage caused by force majeure (such as heavy rain or earthquakes). Request written explanations for ambiguous terms from the merchant and append them to the contract to safeguard your rights.

Additionally, mobile toilets are classified by structure, mobility, and sewage treatment methods, with prices varying based on materials, functions, and customization needs (e.g., 300 yuan/month for custom color steel plate models, 99 yuan/11 square meters for scenic area deluxe models). Before renting, comprehensively assess your needs and choose the most cost-effective option.
