Mobile Paid Toilet Application
Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026
The application for mobile paid toilets should be carried out according to the corresponding procedures in different regions (urban or rural areas), as detailed below:

Application Process in Urban Areas
- Understand the Regulations: It is necessary to inquire in advance about the regulations for the installation of mobile toilets formulated by local urban management, environmental sanitation, or similar departments, clarifying restrictions such as installation location, quantity, and maintenance requirements. For example, some cities may prohibit the random installation of mobile toilets on main roads or in areas with heavy pedestrian traffic, or have specific requirements for toilet types (such as environmentally friendly or intelligent types).
- Submit the Application: Submit a written application to the local management department or professional service provider, including basic information such as the installation location (with map annotations), estimated duration of use (such as specifying start and end dates for temporary events), type of mobile toilet (such as single-unit or connected-unit types), and specifications (such as size and sewage disposal method), as well as explaining the reason for installation (such as commercial activities or public facility support).
- Wait for Review: The management department may conduct on-site inspections, focusing on verifying whether the installation location complies with planning, whether it affects traffic or urban appearance, and whether the sewage disposal plan is feasible. If the application is rejected, the plan needs to be adjusted according to feedback (such as changing the location or upgrading equipment) and resubmitted.
- Installation, Use, and Maintenance: After approval, install as instructed. During use, regular cleaning and disinfection, equipment status checks, and compliance with usage time restrictions (such as no operation at night) are required. Some cities require the posting of a fee schedule sign after installation for public supervision.
Application Process in Rural Areas (Taking Da'an City as an Example)
- Confirm Subsidy Policies: The renovation of mobile toilets in rural areas is mainly subsidized by the government, with farmers contributing as a supplement. The subsidy recipients are farmers with local household registration. It is necessary to inquire with township governments or agricultural and rural departments about the subsidy amount (such as the subsidy ratio per household) and self-financing cost standards for the current year, as policies may be adjusted according to fund allocation.
- Submit Application Materials: Farmers need to prepare a completed application approval form (stamped by the village committee), a copy of their ID card, and a copy of the bank card for receiving subsidies. If entrusting a construction team to build on their behalf, they also need to supplement a construction entrustment agreement and the identity and bank information of the contractor. The materials must ensure accurate information to avoid delays in approval due to missing items.
- Review and Construction: After initial review at the village level and approval at the town (street) level, the "build first, subsidize later" approach is implemented. Farmers can build on their own or have it uniformly built by the winning construction team, with construction needing to comply with environmental protection standards (such as three-compartment septic tanks and anti-leakage treatment).
- Inspection and Subsidy Disbursement: After construction is completed, it is inspected by the county-level department. If qualified, subsidy funds are disbursed through the "one-card pass" system, directly transferred to the farmers' accounts.
