Mobile Inflatable Toilet Tent
The mobile inflatable toilet tent is an innovative facility that combines the functions of an inflatable tent and a mobile toilet, suitable for scenarios such as disaster relief and outdoor activities.

Core Structure and Materials
The supporting air columns of the mobile inflatable toilet tent are made of PVC double-coated airtight fabric through high-frequency hot bonding, featuring strong rigidity, UV resistance, and rapid shaping. They can be used continuously for 72 hours without the need for reinflation. The outer tent fabric is bonded to the supporting air columns before leaving the factory. When deployed, it is laid directly on the ground, and an electric pump is connected to the inflation valve to inflate and shape a space of up to 200 square meters within 1-5 minutes. Its waterless flushing system adopts a fully mechanical transmission design, requiring no electricity, and is easy to pack and maintain.
Functional Features
- Environmental Adaptability: It can operate normally within a temperature range of -30°C to 65°C, maintaining stable functionality even in extreme climates.
- Protective Performance: It offers multiple protective capabilities, including moisture resistance, mosquito and insect repellency, thermal insulation, UV resistance, flame retardancy, and wind and rain resistance, ensuring safe use.
- Portability: It is compact and lightweight, taking only 1 minute to deploy and fold, making it suitable for rapid deployment and mobile use.
- Functional Expandability: It can be combined with decontamination inflatable tents to expand functions such as cleaning and resting, meeting diverse needs.
Application Areas
- Disaster Relief: Quickly establish temporary sanitation facilities after earthquakes, floods, and other disasters to address the toilet needs of affected populations.
- Fire Decontamination: Provide clean resting areas for firefighters, supporting long-duration rescue operations.
- Chemical Industry: Respond to chemical leaks and other emergencies, providing a safe temporary handling space.
- Outdoor Activities: Offer convenient sanitation solutions in scenarios such as camping and team-building exercises.
Usage Precautions
- Fire Safety: The tent material is not fire-resistant. Keep open flames away and do not carry flammable items inside. Fire extinguishing equipment must be provided.
- Physical Protection: Avoid contact with sharp or hard objects to prevent puncturing the airtight fabric. Open and close Velcro fasteners, zippers, and curtains gently.
- Chemical Protection: Do not allow contact with acidic items (such as ketone-based organic solvents). When storing, avoid placing it with acids, alkalis, and other chemicals.
- Environmental Control: After use in humid areas, dry it in the sun. For long-term storage, choose a dry, ventilated environment and avoid high temperatures and humidity.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Wash at appropriate temperatures to avoid material deformation caused by high or low temperatures. Regularly check the airtightness of the air columns.
