Mobile House Water and Toilet

Admin 29 de septiembre de 2026

The design of toilets and water pipeline renovations in mobile houses requires comprehensive consideration of functionality, structure, and drainage methods. The specific plans are as follows:

I. Design Options for Mobile Toilets or Integrated Bathroom Units

For toilet facilities that need to be moved as a whole, refer to the construction of mobile toilets or integrated mobile bathroom units:

  1. Integrated Mobile Bathroom Units: These typically feature a wet-dry separation design, integrating toilet and shower functions. Common dimensions are a width of 2-2.5 meters and a length of 3 meters. Materials include metal insulated carved panels (walls), titanium-magnesium alloy doors or aluminum alloy glass doors (windows and doors), and ventilation windows to ensure air circulation. This design is suitable for family or small living spaces, requiring reserved water and electricity connections and ensuring structural stability.
  2. Mobile Toilets: These are suitable for public places or temporary needs, consisting of fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal units), floor slabs, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Structural forms include single or composite structures, with mobile methods including hoisting and powered types (such as electric drive). Sewage treatment methods cover water flushing, waterless flushing suction, etc. Selection should be based on the usage scenario (such as stations, tourist attractions) to determine specifications and functions.

II. Water Pipeline Renovation Methods for Toilets in Mobile Houses

If the toilet position needs to be adjusted, choose a relocation plan based on the drainage type:

  1. Same-Floor Drainage: Pipes are laid on the floor of the same level, allowing direct modification of pipe direction with high flexibility. However, ensure the slope meets drainage requirements (usually not less than 1%) to avoid blockages.
  2. Inter-Floor Drainage: Pipes are located in the ceiling of the floor below. Relocation requires the following methods:
    • Relocation Devices: Suitable for short-distance adjustments (recommended not exceeding 2 meters), achieving position offset by extending the sewage pipe. However, this may affect drainage efficiency and requires regular cleaning.
    • Wall-Mounted Drainage Modification: Lay drainage pipes along the wall, hiding them within the wall or cabinets, saving space and being aesthetically pleasing. However, plan the pipe direction in advance and ensure the wall's load-bearing safety.

III. Key Considerations

  1. Material Selection: Prioritize lightweight, corrosion-resistant materials (such as aluminum alloy, PVC) for mobile facilities to reduce relocation difficulty and extend service life.
  2. Waterproofing: Apply waterproof coating in the bathroom area (height not less than 1.8 meters) and install floor drains to prevent water accumulation.
  3. Compliance: If used in public places, comply with local health and environmental standards (such as sewage treatment methods, sewage outlet settings).

By reasonably selecting facility types and renovation plans, a balance between functionality and flexibility can be achieved for toilets in mobile houses.
