Soundproofing of Mobile House Containers

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The soundproofing effects of mobile house containers vary due to differences in structural design and material usage. Some products achieve good soundproofing through special designs, while some simple structures have poor soundproofing. The following provides an explanation from three aspects: the soundproofing designs of different types of containers, actual test data, and improvement suggestions.

1. Design Features of Containers with Excellent Soundproofing

Some container mobile homes achieve efficient soundproofing by optimizing their structures and materials. For example, the main frame of Beijing Falilai's container mobile homes is pressed from special-shaped steel plates, and the side panels are filled with soundproofing and thermal insulation materials, forming a composite structure that effectively blocks sound transmission. Hangzhou Deluosi's mobile residential containers incorporate foreign technology and use a steel structure frame with factory-produced prefabricated components, reducing on-site construction errors. Their sound insulation indicators are excellent, reducing energy consumption by 90% while maintaining indoor quietness. In addition, fixed-structure container houses (such as Guiyang Baolilai's products) use steel, cement, and tiles as floor materials, with a thickness exceeding 20 centimeters. Compared to the wooden floor structure of mobile panel houses, their soundproofing effect is significantly improved, making them especially suitable for multi-story buildings.

2. Common Soundproofing Deficiencies and Their Causes

Simple container mobile homes (such as mobile panel houses) have obvious soundproofing deficiencies. They are separated between two floors only by thin wooden panels, resulting in poor sealing and strong resonance effects of the wooden panels, leading to poor soundproofing. The second-floor floors of mobile panel houses are removable wooden panels, and their sealing further deteriorates after repeated use, allowing noise to easily propagate through gaps. In addition, bolt-connected container bodies (such as Tongrun Integrated Housing's products) have shown in tests that the connections are prone to loosening due to vibrations, forming sound bridges and reducing soundproofing performance.

3. Comparison of Actual Test Data

On-site tests show significant differences in soundproofing among different brands of containers. The fully welded container body of Tongxiang Jiacheng Mobile Panel Houses has an internal noise level of only 58 decibels in a large-scale machinery operation environment, meeting the standard for normal conversation; while the bolt-connected container body of Beijing Falilai has an internal noise level of 65 decibels, requiring earplugs for rest. This difference is mainly due to the better airtightness of the welded structure compared to bolt connections, and Jiacheng's container body may have used thicker soundproofing materials.

4. Improvement Suggestions

To improve soundproofing, priority should be given to choosing containers with a fully welded structure, side panels filled with soundproofing materials, and composite floor materials. For already-used simple containers, soundproofing can be improved by adding soundproofing cotton, sealing strips, or upgrading the sealing of doors and windows.
